Taking down existing roof treatment of tarfelt including cleaning, washing etc. complete and remove from MoD Land.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position and remove debris from MoD Land.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ surfaces built in cement mortor including raking out joints, bading for key scrubbing down with water etc complete and remove from MoD Land.

M &L 25 mm Cement concrete type -2 , 1:3:6 ( 40 mm graded aggregate ) finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for plain cement concrete colour interlocking tiles 80 mm thick having (colour and pattern approved by GE) strength not less than 350 Kg/Sq CM laid over and including 50 mm thick dry sand cushioning and void filled with dry and compact, including compation by means of surface vibrator, includinng dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-neck,etc. measured over all as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories).

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc. 500 & n exc. 1000 litres capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

-Ditto- all as per item 7 above but exc. 1000 & n exc. 2000 litre capacity.

Cutting chases in brick work for inserting water proofing membrane in to the parapet walls/column & making good to facing wher required and pointing in CM 1:3 to the groves, cutting n exc. 10 cm girth.

M&L for plastering in CM 1:4, 20 mm thick in two coats (15 mm under coat plus 5mmfinishing coat) with water proofing compoundat the rate of 2% by weight of cement and finishing the surface seven and fair.(WPC will be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, as roof kerbs/pading, etc complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for the roof surface throughly wire brushed, washed and dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive bituminous primer, apply bituminous based cold applied primer @ 270 to 300 gms/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP all as per manufacturers instructions. Laying 5 layered, 4 mm thick APP (Atactic poly propylene) modified membrane reinforced with 180 GSM (Gms/Sqm) of non woven polyester mat, applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane with an overlap of 100mm in longitudinal direction for accessible roof complete all as specified and as directed

S & F Cast iron 150mm dia rainwater socketed pipes with cement joints, with ears on wall complete all as specified and as directed

S & F Cast iron 150 mm dia Bends or elbows, square, or obtuse complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, over 10cm girth, applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emlusion over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction.
