150 mm dia, PN-1.0 Cast iron double flanged Rising Spindle Sluice Valve generally confirming to IS 14846 having body door and cover of cast Iron Gr FG 260, outside screen rising Spindle of IS 6603 Gr-12 Cr-13, spindle nut & seat rings are Gunmetal as per 1S:318 LTB 2. Flanges flat faced and drilled to IS:1538 Part IV & VI, Valves are suitable for maximum working pressure of 10 kg/sqcm(seat test) and body tested to 15 kg/sqcm.All the valves should be tested by closed end method only.(Make-Approved Make)

150 mm dia, PN-1.0 Cast iron double flanged single door swing non-return valve generally conforming to IS:5312 Part I, having body, door, cover in graded cast iron to IS:210 Gr.FG200, body and door rings & hinge pin of st.st.AISI 410, valve suitable for a maximum working pressure of 10 kg/cm2 (Seat test) & body tested to 15 kg/Sqcm.(Make-Approved Make)

3 Core X 35 Sqmm 1.1 KV Grade flat submersible copper conductor cable.(One For Star Other for Delta)(Make-Gloster/Approved make)

45 KW/60 HP Star-Delta starter relay range 66-110 Amp, 415 Volt AC-3 Phase,50 Hz.( Make-Approved make)

3½ Core X 70 Sqmm Aluminum Armored, XLPE insulated 1.1 K.V. grade cable, conforming to IS 7098(I) as per direction of EIC.(Make:-Gloster/Other approved make) (Test Certificate is to be submitted at the time of delivery)

150 mm dia. 1.5 mtr length ERW M.S. column pipe having thickness 5.4 mm, (as per IS 1239 Part-I Heavy Type) having 11 TPI thread at one end with one heavy type slip on flange other end and painted by 2 coats of anticorrosive syntietic paint.(Make-Approvrd Make)

150 mm dia Heavy duty bend as per IS:2062.

150 mm dia MS Flange as per IS:1538.

150 mm dia,M.S Black Pipe as per IS:1239(Part-I-2004), Class-C Heavy Duty type.

Suspension clamp for suspend the S/M P/M set from top of the CWR, Size Ǿ 150 mm dia X 75 mm width X 12 mm thick.

Dewatering from the under ground CWR including hire charge of pump/carriage/fuel and lubricant/operator etc all complete as per direction of EIC.

Installation of all items as mentioned in Sl.No. 1.01 to 1.11 No item including lowering of submersible pump into CWR by using derrick & chain pulley arrangement, pipe supports, valve supports, laying of cables, jointing with necessary jointing materials, fitting, fixing and earthing arrangement of S/D starter by 25X6 mm strip in separate Earth pit, laying of pipe & joining with 400 mm existing MS Line, including supply of all erection items viz. rubber gaskets, nuts & bolts etc., including cost of welding etc, all complete as per relevent IE Rules, and upto entire satisfaction of EIC.

Testing & Commissioning of the entire installation i.e. Pumps, Motors, Valves etc.Painting of the installation (viz. valves, pipe lines etc. by two coats of epoxy paint (colour to be decided by EIC) over a coat of primer.
