M&L for earthing complete with steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to GI earth strip 25x4mm by means of bolts. nuts, check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length , provision the earth lead to earth connection in their main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 Including neccessary excavation disintegrated hard rock filling earth of 15 mm thick and provision of earth pit provision of 20mm dia with funnel PCC earth chamber 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engineer-in-charge. Note: GI earth strip 25 x 4 mm upto 7.5 RM is included in the unit rate quoted

Schedule 'A' Part III - External Electrification

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil for laying taking down UG cable any size complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5 in depth getting out soft disintegrated rock for laying and taking down UG cable of any size complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for sand cushion in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV type I flat size 250mm x150mmx40mm with ISI mark complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed

S&F Underground LT cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor multi standard cable of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core including centre gland, lugs, jointing materials etc laid in trenches or fixed it to wall and taking down old unserviceable cable. Note:Excavation, PCC cable cover and Sand for cushioning shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and laying GI Pipe light grade of 50 mm dia laid in trenches or fixed in walls complete all as specified and as directed
