Supply,istallation, commissioning and testing in replacement of LT panel board of suitable shape and size as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, out door cubical type (415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply) floor block mounted, factory made, dust and vermin proof (protection class IP-54) made out of CRCA sheet for panel shall be mounted on 50mmx 50mm x 5mm angle iron frame and shall have channel base of appropriate size and mounted on PCC foundation built in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 be using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including painted externally and internally providing one coat of any corrosive coating and finally epoxy powder coating of grey shade , platform height of the panel at least 2 feet from the ground level as recommended or directed by the Engineer in charge comprising of following. a) 03 Nos Aluminium bu bar 1600 amp capacity for phase, o1 No. Aluminium bus bar 1600 amp capacity for neutral duly supported on suitable size of epoxy insulator fixed in dust and vermin proof MS enclosure having adequate clearance between conductor and earth for easy maintenenace.
