Preparation of as-built floor plan, front elevation, sectional elevation, Key plan of different existing building ie Administrative block, IPD, OPD, Blood Centre, Morgue and other allied Building of Khatra Sub Divisional Hospita in 1:100 scale with dimensions and maintaining the accuracy level as per relevant IS codes including submission of 05 (five) copies of hard copy in A1/A3 and all soft copies (AUTOCAD) of each drawings as per direction of Engineer–in- Charge. The complete drawings shall include Floor plan of all floors including roof plan, front elevation, Longitudinal sectional elevation, Transverse sectional elevation at major points of each building, area statement details, key plan showing entry/exit of the buildings including adjacent roads, FAR calculation showing details of area, Door & window schedule. The drawing should mandatorily be prepared in 1:100 scales. (Note:- all building are in functional Condition so all the measurement are to be taken without vacate the building )
