Taking down for repairing Ceiling Fan /Exhaust fan/wall mounted fan / Aircirculator fan / pedestal fan of any make any size and re-hanging the same in Original Position including all fixture Major accessories nuts, bolts,split pin as per site and providing Electric Connection, complete and all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down Ceiling Fan 1200mm Sweep of any Make and removing burnt copper/aluminium Winding completely ,cleaning of Core/ Motor and re-winding of Fan with Supper enamelled Copper Wire of suitable gauge with Proper Insulation materials, complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. NOTE :- (a) Quoted Unit Rate is deemedto be include for Copper Wire, Insulation Materials and Minor Items viz Nuts, Bolts, Split Pin, Washers, etc. as required at Site. (b) Major accessories required for serviceability of Fan will be Measured & Paid under appropriate Items of SCHEDULE 'A' (BOQ/PRICE SCHEDULE) here-in-after as 'S&F in repairs'.

Anti Suicidal Rod must be consist following Works :- (a) A pair of Supply Wire (b) Holes for Shackle fitting on Ceiling (c) Hole for Supply Wire bringing out after Inserting Caps (d) Wire to connect to fanmotor (e) Hole for Safety screw fittings (f) Holes for Fan Motor Shaft.

M&L preparing old painted surfaces of Complete Ceiling Fan ,exhaust fan,wall fan,pedestal fan including flameproof fans of any Sweep i.e. Holding Down Rod, Fan Blades, Fan Body, Canopies and removing old paint by scrapping, cutting, rubbing, etc. and filling of Putty as required, applying Two coats of Synthetic enamelledPaint (existing Colour of the Fan) by Spray Painting Machine, writing MES/SM No. on the Fan, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Quoted Unit Rate shall deemed to be include for Taking down/ lowering of Ceiling Fan after disconnecting Electric Connection and re-hanging the Fan in the same location after Painting and re-connection.
