Amount
Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm.
Supplying and embedding following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required. 40 mm dia.
Supplying and fixing TP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 32 A, 415 V "C" curve TP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 32 Amps, 240 volts “C” curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.
Supplying , installation, testing & commissioning of main control and indicating panel made out of 16 SWG MS sheet to accommodate the following items duly powder coated in approved colour with louvers for ventilation, locking arrangement (as per IP 55) suitable for power make and break of lighting tower , MCB enclosure and Cable must be easily in & out for maintenance work, including hanging on angle(angle will be provided by SECL), including connections, interconnections etc complete as required or as directed by Engineer In-Charge. Size 36"x12"x39"(LxWxH).
