Material & Labour for Pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc. 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame (wooden/steel) exceeding 1.50 Sqm and not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each with shutter (with out taking off shutters from the frame) all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.0 Sqm and not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight Chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 30 mm thick factory made flush shutter solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, comercial type on both faces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick Factory made plain framed panelled shutter (Two Panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered partical board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in Solid PVC Wall Lining / panelling consisting of 5mm thick wooden colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.
