Distempering two coats with approved quality and shade from a recognized company to give an even shade including preparation of the surface before applying , including cost of scaffolding staging and cost ,conveyance of all materials ,cost of all labour, labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats on new concrete surface after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces including cost ,conveyance of all materials ,cost of all labour, labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
