Deploying of machineries in good condition on hire basis as and when required basis for 12(twelve) months including the cost of POL (diesel, lubricating oil) and the wages of Driver, Machine operator, Helper, Cleaner etc.

Nature of Emergency work for deploying of machineries

To attend the repair and maintenance of rural road such as Pot hole repairs, depression, undulations and filling of earth of road side edges wherever required.

Transporting De-silited mud / sand / vegetation from existing road side drains, wells, earthen reservoir and dumping the same at dumping yard

To carry the tools such as Pipe wrench, chain wrench, G.I. Pipes and fittings for attending the day to day and emergency repair work of water supply main and distribution lines

To carry building material, road materials and labours for attending day to dayh work at different area of 05 Nos of village

To carry out emergency works during National festivals, state festivals and Island festivals

To attend unforseen emergency work caused due to Rohingyas, heavy rains, floods, Road blockage, traffic jams viz natural calamities
