Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm )

Providing laying spreading and compecting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with at OMC in machenical mix plant carriage of mix material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers of each 100mm thick with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG - 10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of .30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macdam with HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled. vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Mort&HSpecification no. 507 ) Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and e-in-c latter No 2651 Dt 27-07-12 for proper completion of work as per direction of engineer-in-cgarge including all labour,T&P,taxes , labour cess etc. complete.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 1:4:8 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

First class Brick Work in (1:4) cement & four coarse sand 2.20 F.M. morter in foundation and plinth and T&P etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 20 SI NO 6.05 ITEM NO 305 (a)

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metre (200 feet).
