Electro mechanical repair works at various water supply schemes of Sub division Budgam

Repairs / General overhauling of Air blower compressor unit by way of demounting of the unit from its base frame and loading in the private load carrier for shifting from site to the work shop and back after repairs. The repairs shall include:- A) Dismantling of the whole compressor unit by way of cutting of rusted/ damaged studs and extracting the damaged bearings from the compressor unit. B) Cleaning all parts of the compressor with the help of Kerosene oil. C) Providing and fitting of bearing(4 nos) as per sample in place of old damaged/ extracted bearings. D) Providing and fitting of brass rings (4 nos) after making proper Brass bearing seats by machining. E) Providing and filling of fresh Gear Oil 5 Ltrs. The job also includes execution of following works at site for installation of the repaired compressor unit a) Providing and fitting of MS Ball Valve 2.5 inches =1 nos. b) Providing and fitting of Brass NRV 2.5 Inches =1 nos. c) Providing and fitting of 1 ½ inches x4 inch long tail piece with 1 ½ inch MS flange with rubber washer, nuts and bolts. The job also includes cost on account of skilled labour and all transportation charges. Old scrap shall be the property of the firm. (WSS Bugam 2nd. )

Replacement of old damaged starter by way of PITC of fully automatic Star delta starter. Make = L&T Model = MU-G 20H Power specs = 3Ø, 415 + 15% V, 50 + 3% Hz. Relay Range = 28-42 Ampere. Relay = MUG Contact = MUG Backup HRC fuse = HF-63 Ampere. Switch dis-connector fuse unit. = FN-100 Qty. = 01No. For water supply scheme (Patvaw Budgam.)

Providing & fitting of Rubber Coupling (TC-12 =1 no, TC-13=5 nos & TC-16=2 nos) by way of extracting old damaged couplings from Pumping equipments of WSS’s Heewudder, Chattergam 1st & Padshahibagh. Old scrap shall be the property of firm.

Providing and fitting of MS Coupling TC-16 =1 No by way of extracting old damaged coupling from Horizontal Pumping Equipment at WSS Padshahibagh. The job also includes machining /boring to required size for proper fitment followed by testing of the equipment at site. The job includes cost on account of carriage & all necessary tools and tackles to execute the necessary repairs at site. Old scrap shall be the property of firm.

Providing and fitting of Rope packing/Gland Packing (10 mm = 1 Roll) for horizontal pumping unit at Water supply scheme Chattergam 1st. The job also includes providing and fitting of MS studs of size (¾)’’ = 6 nos The job includes cost on account of carriage & arrangement of skilled labor for fitment of the above mentioned items. Old scrap shall be the property of firm.
