S & F 35 mm thick plain framed panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both side (feather edged) or veneered particle board, medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers complete all as directed.

S & F of factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top and bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel moulded both side Prelam PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Panelling of both sidePrelam PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe.410W (Gde-E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment comprises the following specificatons and all as specified :- (i)Dismantling and stripping of Existing Roof treatment for damaged concrete of covering plaster by light chiseling until sound surfaces come up. That might affect adhesion are to be removed by wire brushing. The entire exposed surface shall be washed thoroughly with plenty of Clean water and then allowed to dry. Smooth concrete surfaces if any to be Roughened mechanically. (ii) Sealing all surface shrinkage cracks on roof and pours shall be sealed with cementitious mortar mixed with A modified styrene butadiene emulsion. (iii) Supply and applying single coat of Acrylic based Co-polymer for filling up surface pours by a brush on cleaned rendered sub substract as priming coat.The coating needs to be prepared by mixing Acrylic based Co-polymer/cement/water in ratio 1:2:4 v/v (iv) Supply and Apply, covering screed pcc (Cement / sand / aggregate 6mm down) average thickness of 50mm admixed with Plastcone AW+- integral waterproofing compound 150ml per 50 kg bag of cement & adding adhesives styrene butadiene emulsion with cement slurry to a uniform slope for easy drainage of water. (v) Supply and applying two coats of POLYCOTE BB is a two Component acrylic polymer modified elastomeric Waterproofing membrane with high Elongation ( >150% ) on top of screed by brush without Water dilution. (vi)Supply and Apply single coat of single component, quick drying , low viscosity blend of Bitumen in solvent dries to form a high quality tough Bitumen film on top of screed to provide a continuous barrier to the passage of water and water vapor. ( BS 3416:1975 Type 1A). ( Dr. FIXIT / Fosroc / SIKA / REDWOP Chemicals / HINDCON ) Note :- Work to be executee by Authorized Applicator of above manufacturer.

M&L for structural repairs comprises the following specificatons and all as specified :- (i)Dismantling and stripping the damaged concrete of entire Parapet wall , Fascia etc by light chiseling & other manual methods until sound concrete surfaces comes up. Any trace of loose plaster, oil, grease, and funguses if any or other materials that might affect adhesion are to be removed by wire brushing. The entire exposed surface shall then be washed thoroughly with Clean water and then allowed to dry. (ii) Exposing the corroded reinforcement completely along its full circumference, cleaned to remove all loose scale and corrosion deposit applying rust removing chemical followed by removing the rust by sand paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry. (iii)Supply and Application of New TMT bars of approved Brand of requisite diameter by electro welding of both the sides with the existing bar to required size and shape at the portion where the existing reinforcement has lost half of its sectional area as required. (iv) Supply and Application of Epoxy Zinc Rich primer on the Prepared Reinforced surface after electro welding of it’s sectional area by brush , the primer should have a minimum specific gravity 1.75. Minimum Wet film thickness /coat 100 microns & Dry film thickness / coat 40 microns. Minimum Adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5 N/mm2 (v) M & L formwork of smooth finish surfaces of Fascia, Parapet Wall incl. fixing and striking out after pouring of concrete at all levels with necessary Bamboo staging. (vi)Supply and Apply non shrink highly consistent light weight high grade polymer modified repair mortar for vertical and over head cementitious patch work mortar system where local spelling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The mortar can be applied from a minimum 5mm to 50mm thickness in vertical and overhead applications. The mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 35 N/mm2 in 7 days and 45 N/mm2 in 45 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 6.5 N/mm2 in 28days. (vii)Supply and Apply, covering plaster 10mm thick with mixing ratio 1- 4 Cement / Sand, adding adhesives butadiene styrene emulsion, for smooth finishing on Internal Roof / Fascia / Chhaja / Parapet Wall after Application of patch work micro concrete mortar. (viii)M&L APPLYING curing compound over cement plaster as curing, complete as per manufacturer’s instruction and as directed by EIC. ( Dr. Fixit / Fosroc /SIKA / REDWOP / HINDCON )Note :- Work to be executee by Authorized Applicator of above manufacturer.

Taking down cement plaster any description and the like on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls and two coats distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade@ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to tore (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories).

Disconnecting existing 500 Ltr tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) from mouths of circulating pipes, etc cleaning & removing all scale & dirt etc from existing tanks and mouths of circulating pipes of any description & washing down in the manner as specified. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing 1000 Ltr tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. cleaning & removing all scale & dirt etc from existing tanks and mouths of circulating pipes of any description & washing down in the manner as specified. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed to 20 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair Vitreous china Squatting pan Orissa pattern of size 580 mm x 440 mm wite with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete including concrete bedding in repairs complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for joint free Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles in 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing complete all as specified and directed.
