Point Wiring : Distribution wiring in 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (make:Havells/ Glostar/KEI) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make), with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points with Piano Key type switch fixed on MS CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board cum JB on wall complete with 2 no. suitable size “Ph & N” copper bar incl. bakelite/Perspex (wall matching color) top cover 3mm thick and incl. 175mmx100mmx65mm inspection box, making earthing attachment, painting the MS box and mending good the damages to original finish a)Average run 12 mtr

Supplying and fixing 16 way double door sheet steel (16SWG), White powder coated cable end box for SPNDB DB enclosure with IP-42/43 protection, on angle iron frame on wall & mending good the damages to original finish with nuts bolts etc incl. provision for earthing attachment. Miscellaneous :--- Supply and installation of 1-Phase timer in double door SPN DB (2+10) way providing incoming and outgoing copper wires and other accessories. The interconnection should be made by 4 sq.mm. copper wires. Fixing of Light Fittings: Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length. Fixing only recess mounted 2 ft X 2 ft /1ft x 1ft LED Luminaire and hanging the fitting by GI wire and 'L' clamp after cutting / opening the false ceiling incl. mending good the damages as per direction & choice of EIC.

Supply of Fans: S & D 250V 50Hz, 85 Watt 18" (450mm) high flo (Air Delivery - 4500 CFM RPM - 1420 non oscillating type metal body wall bracket fan with inbuilt regulator double ball bearing integrally cast LM6 Impeller. (Make - EPC)

Fixing of fans :--- Fixing only Wall Bracket fan / Air Circulator Fan on wall by S & F 8" x 10" size (1" Thick) HW Board, rag bolts, nuts and washers (6 mm dia x 62 mm long) or as required incl. S & F 24/.20 PVC insulated flexible copper wire 0.5 mt. length.

PART - B - A.C WORK : Dismantling the existing air conditioner machine indoor & outdoor unit at the time of renovation work as per direction of EIC.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning charges of the above said Air Conditioning system after renovation work completed of the said room. For 1.5 TR Window/Split A.C

Refrigeration Piping: Installation and commissioning of hard / soft copper refrigerant piping, complete with fittings, elbows, bends, globe valve of suction & liquid line supporting arrangement on walls incl. S&F of 13 mm thick Nitrile Rubber Insulation tube (Make-Armacell/K-Flex) with supports & brackets as per direction of EIC.

a)Gas line copper pipe minimum thickness 0.9mm 5/8"dia[Royku/Totaline/Mandeep] with 13mm thick nitrile tube insulation[Make-Aroflex/Acoflex]

b)Liuid line copper pipe minimum thickness 1mm 1/4"dia[Royku/Totaline/Mandeep] with 13mm thick nitrile tube insulation[Make-Aroflex/Acoflex]

DRAIN PIPING:- Supply & Laying 25 mm pvc drain water piping work out of UPVC / HDPE hard pipes [Make-HBL / Supreme/ Oriplast] including fittings,angle / flat iron support etc accessories with bends, elbows, tees, flanges, taping etc.incl. all accessories as required. As directed by EIC.

PART - C - FIRE DETECTION WORK Supply,Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Addressable Manual Call Point soft addressable type with in built fault isolator as per NFPA style 7 wiring complete as required (Approval standards : Vds, EN54, Approved Make - Siemens)

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Siemens Loop Hooter VDS/EN54 (Poweed loop) for existing Fire Detection panel as per direction of EIC.(Make - Siemens)

Supply and Laying of 2 Core 1.5 Sq.mm FR Copper Cable (Make - Finolex/Polycab/KEI/RR Cable) with 20 mm NB PVC rigid conduit pipe on the surface of the wall. (Make - Precision/Polycab - Medium)

Recommissioning and Testing of EN54 standard, VDS Approved Microprocessor based 4 Loop Capable fire alarm control panel fully networkable with each loop capable of taking atleast 125 devices and each loop should be connected to a dedicated loop card (Model No.Siemens - 1 No) as per direction of the E.I.C .

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Siemens make Response Indicator for existing Fire Detection panel as per direction of EIC.

It is stated that the above work place is existing COVID Hospital, In case of any mishap or accidental to any staff that deputed by the agency the whole responsibility is to be borne by the concern agency. 2. The Agency shall be responsible for provisioning of all COVID safety measures including regular sanitiziation of work places, vaccination of employees and compliance of stated directive and COVID appropriate norms. 3. All the issues related to the safety of the staffs should be taken care by the agency itself. (Defect Libilities period for 01 year from the date of completion of work) (Rate should be quotated including all taxes and duties)
