Amount

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for manholes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 mtr and n exc.500 mtr depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below and above ground level) of any description and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast RCC as in cover slabs etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 150 mm bore RCC / SGSW set in cement mortar and taking out from trenches if required as per original site complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.06 here-in-before but 200mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipe of 150 mm dia, including packing under and haunching against the side of pipes after they are laid and tested including use and waste of necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No. 8 here-in-before but 200mm dia of pipe, dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting to existing manholes for connecting new drains, removing existing branch drain, making good to walling and rendering, cutting out branch channel, and making good benchings internal dia of pipe 150mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick / PCC solid block masonry built in cement mortar / cement lime mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with one brick thick walls with sub-class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including use and waste of necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of block masonry or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of manholes, septic tanks, etc. including use and waste of necessary formwork, set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after.

S & F Mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends binding with and including mild steel wire not less then 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 410-S etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including use and waste necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of all blocked type of trap, water closet, soil waste / vent pipe, gully traps upto first manhole by removing all blockage and removing the same to a distance exceeding 100m and not exceeding 200m and making good the distrurbed surface as per existing where required, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing manholes of any size and depth and removing all semi solid or solid material of any description and cleaning the manholes from inside with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing 150mm dia sewage line at 1.00 m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid / semi solid /solid sludge etc coming in the next manhole is removed and then the line is cleaned with water complete for effectve functioning, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and de-sludging of existing septic tank/ deep manholes upto 3mtr deep including taking out sludge in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by mechanical equipment or manually or by way of any other suitable means including removal of sludge and other foreign materials out side the MOD land by any means (working in foul condition ) complete all as specified and directed. Note : The volume of sludge only shall be measured. The rates including supply and maintenance of the pumping set with necessary fuel.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section posts embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering. and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface as in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel angle iron as posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling old chain link fencing of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and fixing chain link fabric fencing Made of GI wire of 4mm dia,PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5mm in required colour and shade of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia 6 nos wire and nuts,bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (The work shall be carried out as per IS 4996).

S & F MS flat iron including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality - A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 11 to 15 mm dia of shank mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut for exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of approved primer after preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
