M&L rendering 15mm in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour rendering 15 mm in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (white or tinted) over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including all cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion apex paint in camouflage / plain pattern of approved tint / shade(s) over a coat of water based primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free glazed coloured ceramic coloured tiles of 350mm x 250mm x 7mm /450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surface of walls set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, all as specified and directed .

M & L as in repair machine cut Granite slab 20 mm thick fixed as in repairs for steps, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like and incl 10mm thick (avg thickness) cement mortar 1:4 screeding and setting coat in cement mortar 1:2, 3mm thick, set and jointed with white/coloured cement to match the shade of slab incl cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing etc complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The rate of granite stone shall be deemed to incl for full rounded off corner/edges incl all cutting to make it square or rectangular. (ii) The rate shall also be deemed to incl for cutting and polishing machine and granite polishing to achieve the desired granite finish all as sped.

Taking down chowkhats with shutter without taking off shutters from the frames (area n. exc. 1.50 sqm each) incl making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying & fixing in opening solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out 5mm plain colour PVC sheets re-enforced with MS tube Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening complete all as specified & directed.
