M&L for taking down carefully and removing loose and broken concrete by chiselling/ mechanically etc upto a depth of 40 to 100 mm from the roof slab, column, beam and similar structural members cutting edges, cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc to make the reinforcement naked and remove dust, dirt and other foreign particle etc and washing with clean water with pressure and removing rubbish off the premises to a distance n. exc 500 metre and including necessary safety precautions and scaffolding upto a height of 10.00 metres complete all as specified and applying one coat of epoxy bonding coat as per manufacture's instruction to bind old concrete surfaces of soffit of slab, column, beam and similar structural members for new gunited / cement surface. (Make : IPH 21 EB of Harjas Coatings & Polymers / Nitobond EP of FOSROC or equivalent make in Dr. Fix it of Pidilite Industries / MC Bauchemie / BASF) including M&L for pressure guniting 50mm average thickness at a pressure not less than 6 Kg/ Sqcm to all affected RCC structures in cement and sand mortar 1:3 duly modifying with mixture of Nitobond SBR of FOSROC @ 7 litres per 50 Kg of cement or IPH-CC resin and IPC-CC hardener of make : Harjas Coating & polymers in equal proportion @ 5% of weight of cement or equivalent in Pidilite industries Ltd (Rate included) and including necessary safety precautions and scaffolding, Tools and plants complete all as per manufacturer's instructions. M&L for applying polymer modified cement mortar rendering 15mm average thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on newly gunited surfaces & Micro concreted surfaces duly mixing polymer modifier 'Nitobond AR' of Make : M/s FOSROC Chemicals India (P) Ltd @ 10 Litre per bag of cement or IPH-CC resin and IPC-CC hardener of Make : Harjas Coating & polymers in equal proportion @ 5% of weight of cement or equivalent in Pidilite industries Ltd complete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions including applying curing compound of approved make as specified [Concure WB of M/s FOSROC Chemicals India (P) Ltd. or its equivalent in Dr. Fixit or Harjas Coatings] on newly polymer modified cement mortar as in gunited surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of all formwork and scaffolding for ceiling and column upto height of 10m or other handy T&P required to make up proper shape and size of columns/ Pillars, beam and wall partition etc.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose)

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Demolition of reinforcement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate if required) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing and jacketing the distressed concrete elements in patches using Single component, shrinkage controlled, polymer modified cementitious micro concrete that achieves a compressive strength of 35 MPa in 3 days (BS 1881), Flexural Strength 09 MPa at 28 days as per BS 6319 Pt-3, Tensile Strength 3.5 MPa in 28 days as per BS 6319 Pt-7, by “Form & Pour” method inclusive of Manpower, Material and Equipment complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Rendrock LAxtra of Fosroc or equivalent in Dr. Fixit/BASF/ PIDILITE Note: (i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of providing necessary formwork, props & jacks, welding for securing bar, shear key all as specified & directed. (ii) Only reinforcement used for jacketing of RCC member will be paid separately.

Supply and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4 kg/sqm cut to length, wire mesh to be fixed and firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of 'L' shaped mild steel shear die wielded with existing reinforcement including welding/tying with mild steel wire (annealed) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Rust remover for applied on the steel bars. Make:- Reebaklens of Fosroc or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/BASF/ PIDILITE

Labour only for applying Rust remover (coverage- 2.0-2.5 Sqm/ltr) including cleaning the Rebars which has not lost their life properly with mechanical means to remove the Loose rust and to achieve complete removal of dust before the application of rust remover complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Anticorrosive zinc rich epoxy based liquid. Make:- Nitozinc Primer STD of Fosroc or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/BASF/ PIDILITE

Labour only for applying Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement by applying zinc rich epoxy based protective coating on the dry surface of the rebars (existing and additional rebars if provided) including RCC surfaces @ 5 sqm/ltr complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting or uprooting grass including removing old mud phuska/ roof treatment of any thickness and any description, removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning surface and preparing to receive new treatment complete as specified.

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement and sand mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application including Priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using glass fibre base bitumen felt complete all as specified complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Note : this item rate includes all necessary items/process required for APP membrane roof treatment)

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in floors, pavings etc and finishing even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in floors, pavings etc and finishing even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid in panel surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick wk or stone masonry surfaces including finished surface even & fair without using extra cement, including taking down, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of cement plaster, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted using hand roller over one coat of white cement base putty of 1mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint with all necessary arrangement for execution of work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted using hand roller over one coat of white cement base putty of 1mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint with all necessary arrangement for execution of work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted using hand roller over one coat of white cement base putty of 1mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint with all necessary arrangement for execution of work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted using hand roller over one coat of white cement base putty of 1mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint with all necessary arrangement for execution of work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on wall and applying 1mm thick cement base putty including sand paper gentle rubbing to obtain smooth surfaces, including all necessary arrangement for execution of work upto the height of 10m and applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint (APEX) in camouflaging pattern with roller application over one coat of water based white pigmented alkali resistant priming paint for external wall complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on Wall including washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface and preparing old surface and applying 1mm thick cement base putty including sand paper gentle rubbing to obtain smooth surfaces, including all necessary arrangement for execution of work upto the height of 10m and applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint (APEX) in camouflaging pattern with roller application over one coat of water based white pigmented akali resistant priming paint for external wall complete all as specified.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 29.00 here-in-before except stone complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) of size exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over old steel and iron surfaces any type of steel & iron Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F Sheet glass 4.00 mm thick, ordinary quality & glazing with oil putty in squares n.exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips, and providing & fixing new ones complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing of Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality -A) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of roofing corrugated, or semi-corrugated sheets or plain steel sheets in roof covering of any thickness and description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated, semi corrugated or trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) burnt clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 50 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 80mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/ walls with required size of flat iron (25x3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete including taking down old unserviceable pipe with clamps complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Earthing to equipments with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized mild steel strip 32x6 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/ welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to equipment body / test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for laying under ground pipe up 100mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- GI pipe shall be measured and paid in concern Item of BOQ.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of 2.5 sqmm with multi stranded copper conductors, 1100 volts grade, IS-694 marked, drawn-through rigid steel ERW conduit (stove enamelled) 20/25 mm dia heavy duty and including suitable size and fittings/ accessories, surface/concealed in wall and also including the one run of 2.5 sqmm earth continuity conductor of similar type cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Two runs of single core of 2.5 sqmm, one run of 2.5 sqmm earth continuity conductors and one run of 20mm dia ERW conduit with accessories shall be measured as one unit run length (surface conduit) including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing connecting totally enclosed CMRI Certified in replacement of LED flame proof well glass suitable for hazardous area laden with gases or vapours of Group IIA & IIB and Zone 1&2. Die Cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass cemented into a retaining ring fixed with screws to the main housing external reflector 40 Watt including matching control gears and lamp complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16 Amps single pole, 250 volts epoxy painted complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for bore well earthing with the help of mechanical boring machine of 150mm dia, 30 metre depth, supply and fixing 150 mm bore, uPVC Pipe 6 Kg/sqcm rating, 06 metre long with the help of suitable size clamp with nut bolt and washer -01 No including charcoal dust, salt fill in bore well for achieve earth conductivity less than 1 ohm. M&L for covering of bore well mouth with PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) /Brick masonry pit of size 45x45x45cm complete and give the minimum earth test result below 1 ohm including taking out of old unserviceable earthing from existing position, dismantling the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The earth pit shall be refilled by boulders free from vegetable soil. (ii) Earthing shall be tested by contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge. Record shall be maintained. Payment shall be admissible only after satisfactory test results. (iii) GI pipe electrode and GI strip shall be measured & paid separately. (iv) Only Earthing material taken to be schedule of credit except GI strip

Supply & lowering of GI tubing 50mm bore medium grade in including necessary fittings for lowering in bore well of depth upto 30 metre and providing necessary holes in pipe to achieve good earth conductivity complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of aluminium strip of size 25x3 mm complete with insulator/saddle and fixing with screw/accessories for roof and down conductor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Rate of insulators shall be deemed included in quoted rate.

S&F in replacement of GI Strip 32x6mm fixed on wall or buried in ground or any other indicated situation complete all as specified and as directed Note:- Extra GI strip consider for bore well earthing which for existing earthing location

S&F single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long including taking down old unserviceable air termination rod of any size and capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws with nuts & washers complete, fixed complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI strip including taking down old unserviceable GI pipe of 40mm size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (For strip protection)

S&F GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI strip including taking down old unserviceable GI pipe of 40mm size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (For ACSR conductor pole)

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable porcelain insulator for conductor for 25 X 3/3.15 mm strip with one metre interval secured with suitable screw complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable porcelain insulator for 32 X 6 mm strip with one meter interval secured with suitable screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and stringing Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) any type of ACSR conductor for air termination points supported by GI tubing on the roof of the ESHs to inner connect the all termination points including taking down of existing conductor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Notes : (i) The ACSR conductors shall be conforming to IS-398 and as specified in SSR Part-I.(ii) The unit rate quoted shall also be deemed to include for supply & fixing of aluminium binding wire, aluminium tapes etc which shall not be included in the weight of conductors.(iii) Weight of conductors shall be determined by measuring true horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc. (iv) Weight of the conductors shall be calculated from the nominal weights given in tables in the relevant IS.)

M&L for stay assembly to support GI pipe for Air Termination by providing 4mm dia GI wire 15 RM, 16mm MS Rod 1.35 RM and PCC block 1:3:6 size of 0.6x0.6x0.15M including earth work in soft loose soil including dismantling taking down old Stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
