S&F in replacement of UNSV /Burnt MCCBs of capacity 400 Amps, FP, 36 KA, 415 Volts 50 Hz, AC, with thermal & magnetic release fixed in any type of existing LT panel/Feeder piller including taking out old existing unserviceable MCCB from panels etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sel item No 11 here in before but rating of MCCB 250 Amp, 36 KA complete all as specified and directed. .

All as per sel item No 11 here in before but rating of MCCB 250 Amp, 25 KA complete all as specified and directed. .

All as per sel item No 11 here in before but rating of MCCB 250 Amp, 16 KA complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement ,of size 450mm x 450mm x 300mm with 4 Nos 500 Amps aluminium bus bar and with 250 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 36 KA, 415 Volt 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the Bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Bus bar chamber. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level.

Earthing complete in replacement with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40mm bore GI pipe light grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI earthing and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Supply and fixing in replacement of galvanised iron strip 32 X 6 mm for additional earthing lead beyond 7.5 meter complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F in renewal on load change over switch open execution of capacity 630 Amps , 4 pole , 415 volt , 50 Hz fixed in any type of existing LT panel/Feeder piller including taking out old existing unserviceable changeover from panels etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F on load change over switchopen execution of capacity 400Amps , 4 pole , 415 volt , 50 Hz mounted on wall with fastner and suitable size of nut and bolts after taking down old existing un serviceable MCCB/SDFU etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of indicator lamp for RYB phases complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-painting of LT Panels/feeder pillars of approx size 2 to 5 Sqm with 2 coats of super enamal paint over a coat of red-oxide with sparygun including writing of feeder pillar numbers in appropriate size of letters as directed.

M&L for re-painting of LT Panels/feeder pillars of approx size 5 to 10 Sqm with 2 coats of super enamal paint over a coat of red-oxide with sparygun including writing of feeder pillar numbers in appropriate size of letters as directed.

Supplying and fixing of Mild steel sliding door bolts 200 mm long ,plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as specified and directed. .

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
