Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable, pipe line etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable, pipe line etc and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer of soil complete and all as specified.

Taking down unserviceable cable of any size upto 300 Sqmm carefully from trenches/poles/ducts/LT panels, OH conductors all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Re-laying only the serviceable cable of any size and description obtained from Item No-07 above after joining etc all as directed. Note: (i) While re-laying retrived sand will be re-used without any extra cost. (ii) Re-trived Bricks and PCC cover shall be paid as laying only under relevant item of this BOQ. Dismatling and taking down old/unsv ACSR conductor any size complete to carrying to store for credit all as specified and directed

S&F ACSR conductor incl jointing with existing conductor and stringing on LT pole and proper fastening to pin/shackle insulators with aluminium binding wires and required jumpering connection all as directed.

Dimantling and taking down old/unsv LT insulator of any type any size from pole/stay or carrying to store for credit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6.3 mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I and incl 40 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe (upto 7.5 metres beyond outer edge of earth pit) PCC M-10 grade (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in pit with 40mm thick RCC cover in reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm dia bar both way @ 150mm c/c, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete. M&L for road cutting and making good with PCC M-10 grade (nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate of 150mm X 100mm in respect of width and thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Decarbonizing of LT indoor/outdoor Panel/feeder pillar box any type removing unserviceable MCCBs, burnt busbars, unserviceable indicator lamps, unserviceable Ammeter, unserviceable Volt meter , replacing burnt, damaged bus bar of any size and fixing proper hanging front and rear openings, welding of hinges including welding of brokieng MS sheet using extra sheets replace burnt thimbles with new existing size thimbles replacing with new MCCB, incluidng dismantling the existing connected cables with cable gland and re-connecting the same cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : (i) MCCBs,Bus bars,indicator lamps, Ammeter, Volt meter, will be measured & paid separately as supply only .

Servicing of APFC panel cleaning, tightning of connections, setting programme, testing of CT including caliberation of APFC panel replace unserviceable capacitors, capacitor contactor, breakers, power factor controller after servicing testing panel and achive power factor of 1.000 all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Capacitors, capacitor contactor, power factor controller measered and paid separately.

Note For item No 42 & 43 : (i) Quoted rate includes replacement of damaged panel look as per existing as per site required. (ii) Painting of panels with mounting stand by applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of steel surface shall be deemed to included in unit rate quoted. (iii) suitable size of lugs and cable gland for panel shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (iv) Necessary MS sheet, Hinges and welding shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (v) Rate includes cleaning of panel by using high speed air blower to remove dust.

Supply and fix power factor controllers 5 steps, with timer, 415 volt, AC, 50 HZ power supply and replacing old unserviceable controllers including suitable wiring complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make : L &T Cat No ETACONM005R or equivalent make of Scheider, EPCOS

Supply and fix aluminium Bus Bar with suitable holes and bus bar insulating sleeve cover as per Existing size at site as per requirement all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including removing unserviceable aluminium bus bar .

Supply, fix of RYB indicator lamp LED type( set of three lamp) for incoming and outgoing supply by making suitable hole of sizes all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm ,deposited, spread, and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), water and well rammed to a true shape except material broken stone or boulders available at site shall be reused and making good all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning of MES electric supply installations/campus by surface dressing or trimming of natural ground to remove small unequalities not exc 15 cm deep (including removing vegetation/ shrubs/brush wood/ under growth) and carrying away the rubbish to a distance of not exc 50 mtr away complete at an interval of every 30 days for the various sub stations. Note: (1) Spray of herbsite deemed included in quoted rate. (2) Measurement for removing vegetation/ shrubs/brush shall be measured once only for entire period of completion.

M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces and applying two coats of aluminium paint to steel tubular/rail pole complete with connected fittings such as brackets ,channels complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in replacement of old steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug bolts nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9m long) confirming to IS : 2713 and made out of structural steel tube confirming to IS: 1161 and painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint as specified. Note : Excavation and earth work and PCC will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for PCC M-7.5 grade (nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregrate as in foundation for filling in, mass concrete for foundation of pole, transformer, panel board, stay, post top lantern, repairs to road cutting, drain path etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable LT panel and Supply, install, commissioning and testing of LT outdoor type feedar pillar box 415 V/440 Volts outer size of 1.2 x 0.9 x 0.45 m , IP-65 protection of suitable size made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet with both side openable door with locking arrangement and complete panel should be powder coated with having neoprene rubber gasket for sealing door, doors of the panel should be removable type, including 300 A current capacity Aluminium bus bar for 3 Nos phase, 1 No of neutral of suitable size horizontal and vertical mouniting on suitable capacity of insulators, Ammeter & voltmeter of 0.5 A accuracy with suitable size of Current Transformers copper wounded, resin cast, RYB indicators lamp in each in and outgoing etc with provision for 01 No Incoming 250 Amp 4 Pole 36 KA & 4 Nos of 63 Amp,16 KA 4 Pole MCCBs outgoing with Analog street light timer , control panel wiring with PVC insulated multi standard copper conductor IS mark, internal compartment for mounting MCCBs/MCBs and bus bars using 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, the panel shall be mounting on 50 x 50 x 6 mm MS angle iron and 60 cm above the normal ground level & embedded 20 cm below ground level in PCC foundation M-15 grade (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, connect new UG cable for Incoming from panel and out going four nos thorugh MCCB cable shall enter through cable glands for safety of cable where enter through panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
