Consultancy services for the Structural/Architectural design and drawing, DPR, Project Management and soil investigation for the work of (1.) Strengthening of Front Facia by pdg Alluminium frames on MS Frame work Using Double Height Scaffolding and strengthening of RCC Parapet Wall (2.) Construction of changing/Dressing Room with Toilets Block & Cupboard (GF & FF), (3) Covered area for Cafeteria/Canteen Near Gate No. 4, (4) Structrual Glass with Alluminium Frame work for main building, media center, dressing/changing room, cafeteria/canteen etc. (5) Fire fighting arrangement in main building, water tank, dressing room & canteen etc. (6) U/G water tank for fire fighting arrangement etc, (7) Construction of Sliding Gate & RCC Column at Main Gate No. 4 & 5 (8) Bar bending schedule and supplying of six sets of Architectural & Structural design & drawings including layout drawings, site visit whenever required, Issuance of all corrected drawings as required by the engineer-in-charge for structure drawings & architectural drawings for which no extra payment will be made.

Advancing boreholes 100/150 dia. Each upto a depth of 5mtr or refusal whichever is earlier including conducting SPTs at every 1.5m depth of borehole, collecting disturbed/ undisturbed soil samples from each borehole at suitable vertical interval water table depth in each borehole , performing all necessary soil properties test on the sample thus obtained , preparation and submission of technical report suggestion type depth and allowable bearing capacity of foundation complete in three copies. ( Time of completion of this job is 15 days from the date issue of work order ) A) For first 5.0 mtr. depth

Carrying out dynamic cone penitration test using standard apparatus upto the depth of 15.00 mtr.

For additional depth beyond 5.00 mtr. if required Note 1: - Any revision in Structural/Architectural design due to site constraints or otherwise shall be carried out by the constulant at his own cost as per direction of Engineer in charge & will provide 6 nos of sets of structural/Architectural/landscape/3D view drawing/design in hard form and one copy of soft form. No extra payment will be made for supplying for corrected drawing as required by the Engineer in charge. 2. The time period of the consultancy will be period for the main project and extended period if any up to the completion of the project, nothing extra shall be payble to the consultant for any extended period for the construction work. 3. (i) To carryout design, and drawing of any other component related with this work but not specifically mentioned above and to do modification in design and drawing of the structural member/ unit, if required by the Department as per site requirement/suggestions of the proof consultant. The decision of Engineer-in-Charge or his authorized representative in this regard shall be final and binding on the Consultant. To design entire Electric system, Security system, Lighting system, firefighting system, Public address system, access control system, LED based signage's and Display system. (ii) To prepare 'good for construction' drawings for implementation of project and to provide more detailed drawings, if required, by the Department. The pattern of submitting drawing shall be decided by the Engineer-in-Charge or his authorized representative. Initially consultant shall submit three sets of design and drawings in hard form and one in soft form including 3D views with walkthrough. There after six sets of finally approved design and drawing in hard form and two in soft form will be submitted. The Consultant shall submit any additional set of drawing and design calculations if required, free of cost in required nos. of copies as may be required by the Department (iii) To provide every assistance, guidance and advice in general to the Department or his authorized representative on any matter concerning all aspects of the project during the execution of work. (iv) To suggest the appropriate type of material to be used for the various components of the project. (v) To give clarifications on contractor's queries pertainingto the interpretation of drawings/ design, specifications etc. (vi) Contract can be terminated at any time for the delay & any lapse on the part of consultant and a penelty of 10% will be levied. (vii) Mode of payment (a) No extra payment will be made for supplying of corrected drawing as required by the Engineer in Charge. (b) 60% payment will be made on submission of detailed project report and 6 sets of the drawing/Structural/Architectural drawings in hard form and one in soft form. (c) 20% payment will be made on completion of 25% work. (d) 20% payment will be made on completion of work. (e) The consultant is required to make visit the site monthly or as requisitioned by Engineer-in-charge through written/verbal communication. In case visit is not done by the consultant, Rs. 5000 per visit shall be recovered from the bill. (f) If any confusion/controversy/shortcoming is noticed in the detailed project report/design/concept plan and drawing/BOQ/Abstract of cost, the consultant bound to remove the same, failing which actions as per enlistment rules/other relevant law/clause of the contract etc, will be initiated.
