Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto/above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angles 40x40x6mm for diagonal braces.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

6MM CEMENT PLASTER 6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the anufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. In colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown.

Painting of doors and windows with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturers in all shades (two or more coats) on new work.

White washing with lime to give an even shade on New Work (three or more coats)

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 liter low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe (of approved make) with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required.White vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc.: Internal work-Exposed on wall 15 mm dia. nominal bore.

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS : 8931

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved make conforming to IS : 8931

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C waste fittings complete: Flexible pipe 32 mm dia.

Providing and fixing on wall face un-plasticized Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. (i) Single socketed pipes 110 mm diametre.

Providing and fixing on wall face un-plasticized - PVC moulded fittings/accessories for un plasticized Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.110 mm bend.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm and 340x410x265mm sizes respectively.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.Welded.

Providing and fixing corner wash basin including fitting (all job complete).

Carriage 0f material by mechanical transport including loading ,unloading and stacking completed sand lead up to 77 km. and manual means lead upto 100 mtr av.
