Manufacture and supply Coyote ACSR Conductor

The Bidder shall be Manufacturer of ACSR conductors and shall have a minimum experience of 3 years in manufacture, testing and supply of tendered material.The Bidder should have UDYAM Registration Certificate certifying that the firm is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) for Manufacturing of tendered material shall be uploaded.The bidder should upload the valid manufacturing registration certificate such as Registration Certificate issued by Director of Industries and Commerce, Government of Karnataka OR Udhyog Adhar memorandum Certificate with Udhyog Adhar Number.Date of commencement of Production should be older than 3 years from last date for submission of Bids.

The bidder must have manufactured, tested and supplied the tendered material at least 80% of the total tendered quantity in any one of the last three financial years to HESCOM / other ESCOMs / Distribution Companies or any public distribution utility who are in the business of distribution of power in India.However, it shall be 40% with respect to Micro & Small enterprises at least in any one of the last two financial years. The bidder Should upload Documentary Proof of Order completion certificates indicating the year wise supplied quantity issued by competent authority (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) shall be uploaded. OR The tendered material supplied for TTK/PTK works shall also be considered. Order completion certificate mentioning the DWA & year wise supplied quantity issued by the competent authority (not below the rank of Executive Engineers) shall be uploaded.

The Bidder shall have performance certificate issued by any ESCOMs/ any Government Electrical utilities either for the supplies made directly to ESCOMs/KPTCL or for the supplies made to turnkey works through turnkey agencies for having successful commercial operation for at least one year as on the date of bid submission.The performance certificate shall be issued by Purchase order/DWA issuing authority of the concerned Electrical Utilities/ Organizations shall be uploaded.The bidder should upload the satisfactory performance certificate clearly indicating min period of 1 year satisfactory operation. It should have been Issued by the authority not lower than the rank of Executive Engineer

The bidder shall upload valid BIS License.The bidder should upload valid BIS certificate

The Bidder shall upload the type test certificates for having conducted all the type tests mentioned in the relevant IS/technical specification on tendered material from M/s. CPRI/ERDA/ Government testing labs & such tests reports shall not be older than 5 years from the date of bid opening.The bidder should upload type test certificates issued from M/s. CPRI/ERDA/ Government testing labs for the tendered material confirming to the relevant IS/technical specification not older than 5 years from the date of Bid opening

The GTP and Drawing as per HESCOM specifications.The bidder should upload GTP and Drawing as per HESCOM Specifications. The deviation should be within the permissible limits

The Bidder should not have been blacklisted, defaulted & short close of Purchase order for non-supply of tendered material by KPTCL/any ESCOM/any Public utilities as on last date of submission of bid. Self-declaration in this regard shall be uploaded

The bidder from Nations sharing Border with India should upload the certificate issued by GOI. OR self-declaration for not from Nations sharing Border with India.

Litigation History:The tenderer should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the preceding five years. A consistent history of awards involving litigation against the tenderer or any partner may result in rejection of bid.The bidder should upload the self-declaration

The bidder should have Average annual Turn-over not less than 100% of amount put to tender in previous 3 Financial years. Copies of audited profit & Loss accounts for all the years shall be uploaded.However the average annual Turn-over shall not be lesser than 50% of amount put to tender in respect of Micro & Small Enterprises in previous 2 Financial years . Note :Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited.The bidder should upload Annual Turn-over certificate with UDIN number issued by CA. Audited balance sheet and audited profit & Loss accounts for all the years shall be uploaded

The bidder shall upload credit facility not less than 25% of amount put to tender. However it shall be not less than 12.5% in respect of Micro and small Enterprises.
