Material & labour for replacement of old u/s locks brass with duplicate keys. The locks shall be of GI with six brass levers, (sample shall be got approved by GE before incorporation in the work).

Material & labour for legs made out of 1mm thick PGI sheet channel base ends covered as specified and directed at site.

Material & labour for replacement of worn out base made out of PGI sheet 20 gauge all as specified and directed at site.

Material & labour for MS hinges 75mm long (as approved by GE) by welding, the work shall be carried out by removing old hinges and smoothening the surface welding.
