M & L preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement based paint on wall (External borders is required dark blue or existing colour) all as specified and as directed.

M & L writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) 15 cm high incl Stops, commas, short lines, dashes,hyphens, brackets, etc all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, raking out joints, hacking for keys and washing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair galvanized concertina coil of dia 600 mm having 53 turns when stretched covers length of 6mtr all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in above ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness complete

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M & L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

S & F formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete fare finished surfaces of concrete square, rectangular and polygonal all as specified

M & L RCC 1:1½:3 with nominal mix type A-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to lengths bent to shape required including cranking bending ,hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc incl necessary from work complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 1.25mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old surface of ( plaster, concrete, chequered tiles) of any description applying one coat of exterior floor coat emulsion comes with abrasion resistance and high adhesion strength as in floor of any colour make indigo or equivelent all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs of stainless steel grade 304 of any colour letters in English of size 150 mm with 25 mm raising. The letters shall be fixed with the help of glue/ fasteners on existing wall which shall not be visible from the front. The stainless-steel studs shall be properly grouted with suitable sealant complete all as specified and directed

S & F solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame in repars as per specified and as directed

S & F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame in repairs as per specification and drawing
