Concrete interlocking pre polished paver block, with grey cement and no pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed

75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base etc, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc having 75mm side lap joint and 100m end lap joint after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions and finished with applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @100gm/sqm on top of membrane, including dismantling of existing felt /treatment, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

Factory made machine pressed cement concrete tiles 200mm x 200mm x 22mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, glossy finish, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Treating efflorescence on walls upto 0.3mtr above the affected surface, by using polymer based chemical (UR) of Dr Fixit or equivalent treatment including taking down plaster , scrubbing & cleaning of surface properly and applying muriatic acid with water in ratio 1:12, using a salt neutralizer before applying a water based efflorescence remover and finally seating the surface with polymer based chemical to resist further damage or as per manufacturer’s specification complete all as specified and directed.

UPVC (SWR) floor trap 75mm bore, plain with grating incl jointing with solvent cement, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment to SUNKEN PORTION incl bottom floors and adjoining walls of WC, Bath & Toilet, etc. : Preparation :- Concrete surface to be cleaned properly from dust, loose particles, and any type of roots of trees, algae or fungal growth. Repairing :- Surface irregularities, damaged concrete and surface cracks, if any with latex polymer , SBR latex or equivalent modified repair mortar incl all M&L .The surface then shall be primed using high pressure water jet or other method properly pre wetted to SSD condition before coating. NOTE :- Required minimum pull off strength is 1.5 N/mm2 (a) Priming coat :- Applying one coat of Synthetic Rubber Emulsion based cementitious coating system, using brush. Latex polymer to be added with OPC cement with water dilution as per data sheet.
