Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

All kinds of soil.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete:

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 pram/litre

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade .

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Providing and laying hollow block cement concrete block walling 200mm thick consisting of hollow block of size 400mm x 200mm x 200mm of mix 1:3:6 (1 cement; 3 coarse sand; 6 graded stone aggregate 10mm nominal size) having a crushing strength of 3.5 N/Sqm at 28 days as per IS:2185 (Part-I) 1979 laid in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement; 6 coarse sand) upto floor five level.

Providing and laying hollow block cement concrete block walling 100mm thick consisting of hollow block of size 400mm x 100mm x 200mm of mix 1:3:6 (1 cement; 3 coarse sand; 6 graded stone aggregate 10mm nominal size) having a crushing strength of 3.5N/Sqm at 20 days as per IS:2185 (Part-I) 1979 laid in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement; 6 coarse sand) upto floor five level.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Providing G.I. pipe/M.S pipe of various sizes on rental basis for a period (03 days)

Providing and fixing decorative ceiling made up of cloth with design as per the approval of Engineer-in-chare including use and removal of ceiling on rental basis from for period of 03 days including labour.

Providing drinking water at Inauguration site for day by Canwater (Mineral water)

Temporary stage at Inauguration site to be cosntructed and to be dismantled on the next day inauguration.

Arrangement of Sofa, Plastic Chairs, Podium, PA System and providing of pipe with flags on both sides of approach road.

Providing and fixing Black Granite (18mm thick) inauguration stone of size 3 feet x 2.5 feet engraved with required contents with golden letters i/c construction of cement concrete structures of appropriat size as directed by EIC.

Refreshment for 200 persons
