Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders Masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, ect but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) in qround floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness below or above GL) excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rough cast plaster on brick walls consisting under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10mmm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel mixed of size 6mm with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepring new plaster surface and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50mtr wide and 1.50mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cessipts, manhole etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deth and getting out in soft /loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in foundation and mass concrete as in for posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type, B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in copings including necessary use and waste formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection including use and waste form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, with soil inlcuidng spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thicks etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil/ building material/debries to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exceeding 500 mtr and depositing where as directed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl. taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embedded in natural ground complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 15 above but posts embedded in concrete, brick work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work excavation in post holes ( or similar holes) inany type of soil ,each not exceeding 0.50 Cum ,getting out ,returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around ,in layers not exceeding 25 cm ,watering and removing surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed mild steel work as in posts/ struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes,bolting,rivetting flat etc. complete conforming to Fe-290 gde E165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed brackets of angles cut to shape ,drilled, including bending and welding angles conforming to Fe 410-0

S&F Framed mild steel work as in gates, grill, grating including pintel hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc.with any type of forging, riveting, welding etc complete conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Machine made screw bolts with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut exc 5 and not exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 8 mm dia and over MS bars as in strainers for chain link fencing including necessasary welding and fixing to angle iron complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing , any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2 mm dia barbed with 2.3 mm dia barbs at 75 to 80 mm spacing and straining, fixed to fencing post tieing at crossing with and including galvanised mild steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 – 2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment,over new sub-base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick precast chequered tiles, coloured, pre-polished, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles, as in floor, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L for preparing old / New Decorated/Treated Plastered surfaces of Walls for Finishing with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade upto two store of Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 It/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying Paint should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of paint on the surface to achieve excellent application using limbed manpower complete all as specified and directed. Note 1. Contractor to submit all the Paint quantity in 20 Ltrs Buckets in Engr-in- Charge office and susequent bucket will be isued to contractor as per requirement and contractor has to deposit emty bucket after completion of work. 2. Area includes in this items upto G+3 stories of building. scaffolding and other arrangement to be done by contractor, Nothing extra shall be paid to contractor.

Preparing Old Treated/Painted Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) for any shape Mild steel Angle Frame( total area of one exc 0.25 Sqm but not exc 0.50 Sqm Each) fixed on boundary walls (Straining /Supported to barbed Wire and Concertina Coil) complete all as specified and directed.
