Schedule "A" Part - IX [Miscellaneous Items]

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Item No 1 : M & L for concealed point wiring on wall/floor/ ceiling etc with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade (with proper colour coding) drawn in and including rigid non metallic white / ivory PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including PVC-FRLS insulated unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing after cutting the chases and making good the surface all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following :- NOTE :- Modular cover plate with frame and metal flush box shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of the Schedule/BOQ.

(a) One light point/security light/ceiling/exhaust/wall mounted fan controlled by one switch

(b) One bell point controlled by one bell push.

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet , 5 Amps on an independent board controlled by one switch .

(d) One 3 pin socket outlet , 5 Amps on same board controlled by one switch .

MAKE :- Cat-Part No. BN021CLED20S-PSUCWGRS2 of PHILIPS or equivalent as approved by GE(I) as per makes given in the list of makes.

Item No 4 : M&L for 1 X 8/10 watt LED ceiling/wall mounted lighting fixture with Lamp polycarbonate body ,enviornmental friendly ,energy efficient fixed to wall/ ceilling & connecting upto ceiling rose with three core twisted flexible 1.5 sqmm PVC copper conductor cable with earthing complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE :-Cat-Part No. BN021CLED10S-6500-SUCWGRS1 of PHILIPS or equivalent as approved by GE(I) as per makes given in the list of makes.

Item No 5 : S&F LED Security light fitting high pressure die cast aluminium with driver, of 1X35W, polycarbonate cover, PF>0.95, with HF electronic driver pre wired with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable upto connector suitable for 40mm dia bracket 1.2 m length of GI tubing Med grade bend to shape fixing with suitable MS brackets and clamps complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE :- Cat-Part No. BRP409LED40CWHOMRFGPSUGR of PHILIPS or equivalent as approved by GE(I) as per makes given in the list of makes.

Item No 6 : S& F ceiling fans AC single phase 230 V of size 1200mm sweep with complete set with fixtures. BEE 5 star rating, minimum air delivery 210 cfm with brushless direct current motor (BLDC), metallic body including provision of three core flexible copper wire of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose/point wiring to ceiling fan alongwith modular fan regulator 120W, stepped type 2 module, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 7 : S& F Bell Multi Music type AC 230 V SP, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 8 : M&L for exhaust fan with PVC blade with PVC louver, heavy duty 250mm sweep 1200 RPM with 230 V, copper winding including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete. MAKE: Havells Model No VENTILDX or equivalent as approved by GE(I) as per makes given in the list of makes.

Item No 9 : S&F electronic energy meter tamper proof with optical port single phase with LCD display operated on rated voltage of 240V AC supply 50Hz with rated current upto 10-60 A, accuracy class-I, dust and moisture proof with polycarbonate case and sealing provisions for terminal cover and optical port with digital type of display and tamper recording features with self billing capacity showing parameters such as time, current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH, with protection level IP-54 conforming to IS-13779 of 1999,) IEC complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 10 : MCB single pole neutral (SPN), 32 amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'C' curve, fixed in MCB DB, with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of copper lugs complete all as specified as directed. Note:(i) Cost of copper lugs shall be included in the unit rate.

Item No 11 : MCB single pole (SP), 6 to 32 amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'C' curve, fixed in MCB DB, with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of copper lugs complete all as specified as directed. Note:(i) Cost of copper lugs shall be included in the unit rate.

Item No 12 : MCB TPN , 32 amps, 415 volts, 10 KA breaking capacity, 'C' curve, fixed in MCB DB, with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of copper lugs complete all as specified as directed. Note:(i) Cost of copper lugs shall be included in the unit rate.

Item No 13 : Sub main wiring with 02 runs of 6.0 sqmm and 01 run of 6 sqmm , FRLS, PVC Insulated, Unsheathed, Multistranded Copper Conductor cable, 1100 Volts, ISI Marked, drawing through and including concealed PVC rigid conduit not less than 25mm dia ISI marked medium grade, complete with necessary fittings such as junction boxes couplings, unions bends reducers, inspection elbows, plugs, sealing conduits etc complete all as specified and directed . ( Note: 3 runs of 6.0 Sqmm cable with one run of conduit will be measured as one unit i.e RM). Note (i): Necessary PVC rigid junction boxes for identifying junction as required on site/directed by Engr-in-charge for point wiring work with PVC dummy plates shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii)Three runs of cable and one run of conduit with necessary accessories will be measured as one unit length. (iii) The wiring shall be done strictly by following proper colour coding using red, yellow and blue for phase, black for neutral and green for earth leads.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Item No 14 : Two way bib-cock 15mm bore with flung cast copper alloy , chromium plated fancy type, screwed for iron pipes , brass ferrule etc complete all specified and directed.

Item No 15 : Health faucet (ABS body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15mm dia pipe with 1.25m long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position including fixing in pipe etc complete all specified and directed.

Item No 16 : Angle stop valve of 15mm bore cast copper alloy chromium plated of high pressure, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Item No 17 : Supplying & laying XLPE insulated screened PVC embedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, 3.5 core, 25 sqmm cross-sectional area, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 18 : Sheet metal enclosure for fixing MCCB 4 pole, 32 Amps, 16 KA breaking capacity suitable for 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase supply, 4 pole, with thermal magnetic release, and connecting with cable, including nuts, bolts and washer etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 19 : MCCB 4 pole, 32 Amps, 16 KA breaking capacity suitable for 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase supply, 4 pole, with thermal magnetic release, fixed in existing panel and connecting with cable, including nuts, bolts and washer etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Item No 20 : Cutting and inserting GI TEE 100mm x 100 mm x 50 mm on existing GI pipe line for tapping connection including tee and excavation, returning and filling etc so as to match with the surroundings, complete all as directed.

EARTHINGS

Item No 21 : Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 4 mm dia GI Wire [Earth Lead] and GI pipe 15 mm, Medium Grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. complete all as specified and directed.
