Excavation in trenches , n exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc.or for shafts , wells , cesspits, laying of pipe lines etc as in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Taking up the deteriorated/ unserviceable CI/ GI pipe line and connected gate valve from the trench/ floor/ wall of the following sizes all as all as specified and directed specified and directed.

GI pipe 50mm bore

GI pipe 25mm bore

Supply and laying in trench 100mm dia DI pipes, ISI marked, including necessary welding/ cutting for pipe/ fixing of flange as required at site and push on type rubber gasket joint with suitable special fittings any type, class K-7 complete all as directed

Supply and laying Galvanised iron pipes medium grade ISI marked with all required necessary fittings etc laid in trenchs, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of 50 mm bore all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Galvanised iron pipes medium grade ISI marked with all required necessary fittings etc laid in trenchs, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of 25 mm bore all as specified and as directed.

Relaying/Re-fixing old serviceable GI pipe and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors) complete of size 25mm dia including cleaning threading etc as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Relaying/Re-fixing old serviceable GI pipe and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors) complete of size 50mm dia including cleaning threading etc as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F gun metal gate or globe valve, 25mm bore, ISI marked with Iron wheel head screwed both ends for Iron pipe all as specified and as directed.

Construction of valve chamber of size 600mmx600mmx900mm internal size including necessary earth work excavation, 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation, brick masonry 230mm thick wall in cement mortar 1:4, 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including provision of mild steel cover 3mm thick on 25x25x3 mm angle iron frame work with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer on metal parts and locking arrangements complete suitable for 50mm gate valve all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sluice valve 100mm dia cast iron body with flanged ends of class PN 1.6, ISI marked with brass spindle and check nuts including operating wheel etc and fixed with flanges both end and new bolts, nuts, bolt,washers and rubber insertion etc including taking down old sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 25 mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe or brass including taking down old ball valve complete all as specified and as directed.
