Fabrication and fixing of sluice gate at Wash Water outlet at Filter House, HP-Iwith following works:- Fabrication of sluice gate size 1000MM X 1000 MM made out of MS plate , MS Angle etc. with its supporting plate from the back the work includes complete welding , leveling, drilling ,grinding etc. with heavy labour required at site for completing the work.

Fabrication of Pedestal Gear box complete in all respect with SS Spindle 15 Ft ,Bush , Gear box Frame , Bearing , pinion , Spindle , MS Plate , Fasteners for fixing of Gear box etc. and other hardware item required at site for operation of sluice gates.

Providing of MS Channel, Plumber Block and MS Pipe 900 MM Dia forFrame etc. as required. (Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works ).

Underwater Cutting/ Grinding/ Welding of exposed iron bar & wall including chipping of Solid concrete deposited in joints of Chamber.The work also includes fixing of MS Channel deep under the water from top to bottom on both the side and on the downstream of the Channel the work includes underwater drilling from underwater pneumatic drill machine and thereafter fixing of anchor bolts on the MS channel , underwater welding and cutting of MS Channel wherever required , Underwater Grinding etc. and other work required for fixing of MS Channel deep under the water. Work is to be done under deep water with the help of the underwater divers.

Providing services of underwater divers to carry out various works under deep water on Filter House at HP-I. The work includes underwater epoxy on both the side from top too bottomof MS Channel fitted under the Sump the work includes cost of epoxy and services of divers for completing the work. The work includes fixing of MS Sluice Gate deep under the frame down with the help of diver and from the top heavy labour working with the help of chain block, tipai ,hammer etc. and other equipment required at site for lowering and lifting of Sluice Gate deep under the water. Work is to be done under deep water with the help of the underwater divers. The divers’ team should be equipped with diving equipment such as Diving air control panel, Diving suit, Compressor, oxygen cylinder etc. and other under water equipment required at site..

Painting of Sluice Gate , Gear box from one coat of primer and two coat of epoxy paint cost includes labour and paint complete in all respect.
