Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetera in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work soft rock and hard rock including chiselling wedging and any other mixed variety in dry or saturated conditions upto any depth and lift including pumping and bailing out water where required including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as directed and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeters layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus un-serviceable excavated earth within all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts, disposed materials to be neatly levelled.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with mild steel plates 3.15 mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a smooth finish including centring, shuttering, strutting, propping and centring with wooden battens and ballies fo all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Foundation Footings, basis of column etc mass concrete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete mechanically 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight graded/crushed stone aggregate 25mm (Twenty five millimeters) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining wall etcetra including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying six courses water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs consisting of first, third & fifth courses of blown or resideual bitumen applied at 1.45 kg (One point four five kilogramme) 1.20 and 1.45 kg per sq.m (One point two zero and one point four five kilogramme per square metre) of area respectively second and fourth course of roofing felt type 3 grade-I (hessain bese finished bitumen felt ) sixth and final course of stone girt 6 mm (Six millimetre) and down size or pea sized gravel spread at 6 cu.dm (Six cubic diametre) or (0.006 cu.m) per sq.m (Zero point zero zero six cubic metre) per square metre including preparation of surface excluding grading complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
