Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) as in any description and in any position complete.as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

Dismantling of Trellis work (jafri), including taking as under of battens of trellis including Cutting of hedges and pruning of trees complete all as specified.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in loose/ soft soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exeeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth in soft & loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each layer in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for Mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 in nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts & struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete.
