Material and labour for repair to pot holes, any depth, not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blended with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply or premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake mud etc sweeping with broom and finally the cleaned suface with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 05 kg per 10 sq metre using paving Bitumen of grade VG-10, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen of grade VG-30, 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam with paving bitumen (Grade VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total Mix including cement filler, mix in hot mix plant laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power raod roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick (laid flat or on edge) or bricks tiles, channels, kerbs, aprons etc each layer laid dry or pointed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor/ sub base and finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation 30mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness,M-35 grade laid with grey cement and mixed with pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Providing Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs or mud stops, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 2.5 mm thick Hot thermo plastic road marking material strips, lines dashes arrows letters etc on road pavement width not exc 10cm wide in white or golden yellow colour according to IRC35-1970 conforming to British specification 3762 with 20% glass beads having reflective index of 1.5mm, 75% spherical indigenous or for foundation plan having sufficient strength to withstand heavy load without deformaion and having softening point 25 to 30. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note. Thermo plastic road marking paint shall be of Make:- Aisan/ STP Ltd./Road Nevigator

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dark Eye / Green Lite / Gogia Plastic / Safe Zone.

Supply and fixing solar cat eye (solar powered environment friendly, LED based road stud) aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply only Paving Bitumen grade VG-30. ( For Price adjustment in Job Mix Formula) Rate is Rs 60.00 per Kg.

Note:- Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of Rs 9625.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
