Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with crushed stone aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20 mm) Granite, Trap or Basalt spread rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 cm thick (compacted thickness) (in two layers) WBM with crushed stone aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20 mm) Granite, Trap or Basalt spread rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked, mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a priming / tack coat of paving bitumen primer @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm on prepared WBM surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less). Binder contents of premixed macadam shall be 4% by weight of total mix, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked, mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a priming / tack coat of paving bitumen primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm on black top surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm (average) consolitated thickness with 5.5% binder content (Paving bitumen any concentration) by weight of total mix (Design mix), by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber by using mechanical power road roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil as in berms, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting rolled with 8 to 12 Tonnes Power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Soling 150 mm thick (or sub base) (compacted thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and considered to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in berm, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, using paving bitumen n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg / 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg / 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs road safety convex mirror 80 cm dia with stand of stainless steel of dia 50 mm, grade 304 fixing on ground surfaces using type C-2 (1:3:6), size (300 x 300 x 400) as in mass cement concrete for foundation filling, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS Stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2 mm thick, white or golden yellow hot thermoplastic road marking paint, conforming to BS standars 3262 with 20% of glass beds (intermixed) applied with manually operated machine suitable for hot application at desired temperature, painting as in strips (continuous or breaking) painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads or pavements, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs ABS round body (delineator) fitted with 2 Nos 100 mm dia high reflective made of PMMA and reflector having a pipe (duly powder coated) and two small rectangular reflector of size 70 x 23 mm, 2 Nos each side are also provided for better reflecting, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Solar road studs aluminium alloy and polycarbonate size 125 mm x 125 mm x 20 mm (including shank 60 mm) both side reflector, battery 1.2 V 1600 MA rechargeable NICD battery, Solar Panel 0.3 W light source 6 pcs super bright LED with stem in replacement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rremoving excavated material obtained from Serial Item No. 10.00 mentioned here-in-before exc 250 m but n.exc 500 m and depositing where directed including spreading and levelling to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.
