Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete 10 cum

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly for flooring including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers - Mixing by mechanical means

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) ,12 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Painting two coats with approved Plastic Emulsion Paint over one coat of Primaring coat of Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and five sand) ,10 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,

Wiring with 2x1.5sq.mm. (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SCcopper conductor of 1100V grade insuitable PVC rigid pipe onwall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5AFT switch inflush with wall covered with hylemsheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point/fan point (for electronic regulator) SD 21

Supply and delivery and fixing of 2 HP Compressor Moter including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,

Drilling of borewells of size 4” to 5” dia. In sedimentary formation using boresets including insertion of casing pipes and removal of casing pipes etc., including collection of samples as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Supply and Delivery of Casing pipe including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete

Labour Charges for inserting 150 mm/200mm/250 mm dia (M.S. Casing pipes assembly with slots or with out slots) in the drilled hole including welding the joints etc., complete and supplying and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality as approved by the Executive Engineers of TWAD Board.
