Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600:1, cement concrete not to be less than 150kg/cum,optimum moisture content to be determined during the trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to the site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller,(finishing & curing). Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed with Recron 3s fibre of reliance Industries Ltd. Or its equivalent @ 0.125 kg per bag of cement mixed in a batching & mixing plant as per approved mixed design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver,spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joins, joint filler, separation membrane, sealent primer, sealent joint, debonding strips dowel bar, tie rod, admixture as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.(Including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 km initial lead from mixing plant) as directed by the Department complete at all levels. Providing and laying 65mm thick C.C. floor with metallic concrete hardener topping under layer of 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 coarse sand:4 coarse aggregate of 20 mm and down) and top layer of 15mm thick of metallic cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 stone aggregate 6 mm and down) by volume with which metallic hardening compound of approved quality is mixed in the ratio of 4:1 (4 parts of cement: 1 part of metallic floor hardening compound of approved quality by weight) including finishing with curing complete as directed.
