Taking down fans of any type and size from site and removing to MES store for servicing like cleaning, lubricating, greasing and replacement of split pin, bearing, bush, capacitor, connection wire and refixing the fans at same location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Contractor is responsible to detail a team at AGE E/M Sub Div for servicing of fans and to give one year guarantee for repairable fan except burnt out fans (b) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of spare parts required

M & L for replacement of burnt winding of fans, rewinding complete with super enamelled copper wire of same guage and weight, spray painting of fan, replacement of bearing, bush, capacitor, insulation paper,varnishing, heating up and testing complete including taking down, removal to workshop and refixing upto satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Note :- (i) Contractor is responsible to give one year guarantee for rewinding fans (ii) Rewinding work shall be carried out at store yard of AGE E/M or any place decided by Engineer-in-charge

S & F in repairs MS clamps with rubber reel,nuts,bolts,split pin etc suitable for ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement down rod made out of GI pipe medium grade 15mm dia with fan clamps incl drilling ,cutting threading & white painting etc for ceiling fans 1200/1400mm sweep all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs canopy for ceiling fans (Set of two) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement by cutting sizes water proof plywood ISI Marked, 12mm thick, of required size incl necessary provisions for mounting in walls, openings and securing using fasteners 10 cms long and 8 mm dia for mounting of exhaust fans in various locations and sizes as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 300 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 200 to 250 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement stepped type ,socket design electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc.suitable for 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement louver shutter of exhaust fan upto 400 mm size round or square as per site condition including fixing arrangement with fixing material complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement terminal connector 3 way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement capacitor 2.5 mfd 230 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement capacitor 4 mfd 230 volts complete all as specified and directed.
