Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement morter bedding (but not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floor apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC sheet (corrugated, semicorrugated etc) as in roof covering including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, precast block masonary built in Cement mortar/ Cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings nexc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp,insulation etc or insulation boards any thickness including scantaling and cover fillets if any complete all as specified and directed.

Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic tiles (plain or printed) of each tile of size exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, 7 mm thick as on vertical surfaces like dado, skirting etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement laid over and including 10 mm cement plaster as in backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Coloured vitrified tiles, 10 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.36 Sqm but n exc 0.42 sqm as in floors/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over & including 15 mm screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 09 here-in-before but in verticle surfaces such as skirting/dado laid over 10 mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 xm x 25 mm thick laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in mixture of white & grey cement in equal proportion and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete interlocking tiles (glossy finish/ rubber mat finish) of 80 mm thick ,hydraulically pressed cemented tiles of grey colour with pigments,(glossy finish/ rubber mat finish) factory made, M-40 grade conforming to IS-15658-2006, as in floor laid over & including 25 mm thick sand cusion and including filling of interstices with fine sand complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Size, shape & pattern of tiles shall be as approved by GE).

8 to 10 mm thick non skid outdoor paving tiles button type laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed over 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone flooring 20-25 mm thick (size of kota stone slab 22"x22") laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6 with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror/ granite finish polishing including removing dust complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kudappah stone slab 20-25 mm thick laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer CM 1:6 including roughening of old concrete floor surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and finish polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed (Note : Color and design shall be as approved by GE).

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed (Note : Color and design shall be as approved by GE).

6 mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan using old bricks built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth with sagol finish without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 75 mm thick as in plinth protection including finishing the surface fair and even laid in alternate bays system, length of each bay n exc 1.5 mtr, including forming 12mm wide and 50 mm deep joint, filled with mastic filling to the full depth comprising mixture of one part heated blown bitumen of 85/25 penetration and two parts sand by (volume) complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of dry distemper including chalk whitening etc complete all as specified and directed.
