Dismantling & taking down of old unserviceble Aluminium conductor of any sizes from existing incl aluminium binding wire from over head lines on LT poles complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Weight of old conductors shall be calculated from normal weight given in table of relevant IS code. (ii) weight shall be determined by measuring the horizontal distance between C/C of two adjacent poles.

Dismantling & taking down of GI wire/stay wire of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling & taking down old unserviceable pin/loop/shackle type insulator any type and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling & taking down old unserviceable MS work such as cross arms and anti climbing devices of any size from pole/structures complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ACSR conductor of any size/incl jointing with & including aluminium binding wire 2mm dia & stretching over for over head lines fixed to insulators after allowing specified sag complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Weight of old conductors shall be calculated from normal weight given in table of relevant IS code. (ii) weight shall be determined by measuring the horizontal distance between C/C of two adjacent poles. (iii) The ACSR conductor shall confirming to IS398 Part II & as specified in SSR part-I. (iv) The rate quoted incl for S&F of binding wire, aluminium tapes etc which shall not be included in weight of conductors for payment.

M&L for GI wire 4mm dia as continuous earth wire, guarding and craddles to OH line including binding wire of required size/dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pin type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulators 100 mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle, one nut and two washers complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulators of size 75 mm height and 90 mm dia incl galvanised mild steel straps 31x3 mm size ,washers,insulator 12 mm diabolt, washers and nut for working pressure 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loop insulator, vitreous, porcelain, white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 50x140mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm, working pressure 1100volt complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size all as directed including applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with MS stay plate 300x300x6mm thick galvanized stay rod not less than 20mm dia, 2.15 M long galvanized stay bow, galvanized thimble,stay clamp etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No1of SSR part-I including excavation, earth work and cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation, earthwork, cement concrete, loop type insulators and stay wire shall be included in the unit rate quoted by contractor.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for foundation, laying of cables etc. and getting out as in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erecting steel tabular swaged pole with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & washers as per IS 2713 (Part-II) 1980 made out of mild steel tubing, type 410 SP-55 (11 metre long) including painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint (one coat before fixing and one coat of aluminium paint after fixing) over exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous paint over embedded portion & the postion above coping shall be painted in alternative bands of black and yellow colour starting with white colous (each band of 30 cm wide) by two coats of super enameled paint upto 1.5m height including taking down old U/s pole of any size & type complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and PCC shall be measured separately.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
