Taking down carefully existing unserviceable aluminum point wiring of any description & in any position with and including existing wooden battens/conduit fixed on surface and all fitting, accessories & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings, lamp holders etc including sunken boxes / junction boxes & tube light fittings and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Sl No - 1 above but taking out existing unserviceable aluminiumm point wiring from concealed conduit with out taking out and removing existing conduit and with out removing old sunken boxes/junction boxes.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point or one fan point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in and including concealed PVC conduits of size not less than 20 mm dia all as directed with sunken type pressed steel terminal box 1.6mm thick of suitable size, duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for mounting fittings/junction boxes and wiring to be terminated in pressed steel sunken boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth duly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring using three single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 10.0 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn in concealed PVC conduit of suitable size with and including one run of PVC (green colour) insulated , unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 6.0 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed. Disconnecting and taking down old existing MCB DB of any description and in any position and S&F MCB DB sheet enclosure single pole and neutral 240V with 200 Amp standard bus bar of suitable size plate and common neutral link all enclosed in standard steel sheet flush mounting type factory fabricated, double door type complete with out MCB and with enclosure suitable for 4 way Make : Havells/ Standard / Scheinder/HPL.

Disconnecting and taking down old existing MCB DB of any description and in any position and S&F MCB DB sheet enclosure single pole and neutral 240V with 200 Amp standard bus bar of suitable size plate and common neutral link all enclosed in standard steel sheet flush mounting type factory fabricated, single door type complete with out MCB and with enclosure suitable for 2 way Make : Havells/ Standard / Scheinder/HPL.

Supplying and fixing on distribution board, MCB SPN of 32 Amps, 240 volts, 50 Hz, AC made from molded self extinguishing thermostat plastic and suitable for ‘ C ‘ curve, 10 KA breaking capacity all as specified. Make : Havells/ Standard / Legrand.

Supply and fixing in repair on distribution board, single pole (SP) MCB 10/ 16/ 20 /25 /32/ Amps, 240 volts, 50 Hz, AC made from molded self extinguishing thermostat plastic and suitable for ‘ C ‘ curve, 10 KA breaking capacity. Make : Havells/ Standard / Legrand.

Disconnecting , taking down & removing carefully the existing ceiling fan, exhaust fans, wall bracket fans, air circulating fans and pedestal fans etc. of any description, any sweep and from any position/locations (i.e. Md Accn/OTM Accn / workshop) for repairs /servicing/overhauling/painting/numbering etc. and dismantling & opening of the fans, to checking serviceability of parts, overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing , fixing the serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades, hanging / fixing the repaired fans in position, connecting to existing electric sources and testing at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ (ii) Burnt out windings replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding. (iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation of fans to workshop.

M&L for rewinding of motor of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep by removing of old burnt-out windings of electric fans of any description and rewinding of fan motor with appropriate size super enameled copper wire as approved including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish etc testing at workshop and transportation to site, connecting and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.
