MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF HT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, TRANSFORMER AND ALLIED WORKS UNDER GE (N) MUMBAI

M&L for Serving of of Ringmain unit of any make of rating 11 KV, upto 400 Amps dismantling / opening of the VCB for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable/defective parts including cleaning & servicing ,greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling / servicing and Calibration and testing of 11KV VCBs indoor type alongwith control panel and control wiring, protection system and relays by injection system in primary / secondary side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable minor spare parts.)

Maintenance and complete overhauling of 11 KV,3 phase, 400 Amps - 800 Amps, VCB including disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with CRC-226 including reassembling, panel board, main bus bar, de-carbonizing all joints bus bar, CTs, PTs, spouts metal parts and making VCB perfect operating in manual and electric mode including all routine and preventive maintenance complete and replacing unserviceable parts and components complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Spare parts will be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Supply and fix Big gear for closing spring charge spare parts for 11 KV VCB, upto 400 Amps capacity indoor type complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Small gear for closing spring charge spare parts for 11 KV VCB, upto 400 Amps capacity indoor type complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Closing / triping coil assy of 11 KV VCB's type VE -12, 30 volts matching with the existing system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Spring charging motor & gear assy of 230 volts 0.25 HP, 8000 RPM of 11 KV VCB's type VE -12, 30 volts matching with the existing VCB system complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Vaccum interrupters of 11KV, 400 Amps-800 Amps, frequency 50 Hz matching with the existing VCB system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement in existing panel, Battery backed Power pack unit complete with internal SMF Battery & auto battery charging suitable for 11 KV VCB Panel with input voltage 110V or 230V (+ 10% & -30%) and output 24V/30V as per site , output capable of driving "Trip" coil with up to 10 repeat Impulses of attempts of triping AC & DC output systems protected from over current with externally replaceable fuses/MCB complete all as specified and directed.(Make:Gogate Electrosystem Pvt. Ltd. or equivalent )

Supply & fix PT 11 KV / 110Volt 3 phase Potential transformer HT panel mounted/ draw out type, push fit with necessary fuses complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix space heater for 11 KV VCB, 230 V, 100 W, size should be 220 mm to 250mm to avoid moistures inside VCB Panel including taking down old UNSV heater complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
