Supply of 500mm Dia Ductile Iron Non Rising Type with open/close Indication Knife Gate Valve with SS CF8 Steel retainer ring, EPDM seal, SS 304 Knife Gate to cut the sold particles for complete closure, SS 410 ASTM A 276 Spindle Brass spindle nut, SS 304 Fastener studs and carbon steel epoxy painted with hand wheel. Make:- JASH / IVC
Supply of MS Gap Piece of 500mm Dia flanged at both end with drilling as per KGV at one end and as per old flange at other end.
Supply of MS Dismantle joint of 500mm Dia flanged at both ends with holes as per KGV at one end and as per old flange at other end.
Supply of semi Synthetic Rubber Packing / insertion sheet for gap piece, dismantle joint and KGV.
Supply of Nut bolts and washers.
Dismantling of Old 500mm Dia Sluice valve from suction side, MS Pipe, & pump set from existing system by cutting old, jammed nut bolts with help of gas cutters and heavy manual labour and taking out all the parts from the line to the platform with HOT Crane using all safety precautions to avoid any accident at site.
Dewatering of existing line as per DSR14.23
Installation of Knife Gate Valve, Dismantle Joint, Gap piece with new nut bolts, rubber packing in existing line. Making of collar joint with welding and gas cutter on gap piece. The job includes assembling all the parts as mentioned by tripod stand and manual labour and installing them at their respective position.
Civil and Mechanical strengthening of KGV with MS channels, Angels, Civil work etc as required.
Painting of MS Gap piece, NRV, ms pipes, flanges etc with enamel paint to prevent it from rusting after applying 2 coats of primer paint.
Testing and commissioning of line on pressure for any leakage after running of pump on full load and making good of any leakage or problem if any.
