16 mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) in internal surface of wall,etc.

12 mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) in external surface of wall,etc.

Supplying fitting fixing GI window grills & gates with GI square bar as per approved design and drawing etc complete as per direction of Er in Charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conforming to IS 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Ceramic tiles in dados, skirtings and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles complete including cost of tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Two coats of enamel painting over one coat of primer to GI grills & gates,etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (water based) of approved make & finished smooth &even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxs labour t&p etc complete.

Finishing wall with one coat wall primer water based of approved make and finished smooth and even surfaceto receiving painting including all labour, T & P, cost of paints as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing of 2 track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame , shutters and all fitting and fixtures

Supplying fitting and fixing of openable UPVC Door with door frame of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame , shutters and all fitting and fixtures

Finishing wall with water proofing weather coat paint of approved shade two coats to give an even shade including cost of paints ,labour,T&P &asper direction of Er in Charge

Distempering 2coats with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade with cost of all materials taxs labour t&p etc complete.
