Supplying, Installing, testing and commissioning of Automatic Star delta Starters, 3 Phase 440V, over load relay 13.2-20 contractor 20, 3 Phase in sheet steel enclosure complete suitable for 12.5 HPsubmersible pump set on existing panel including connection etc completed as required. Providing and fixing for submersible pump with flat copper conductor submersible cable of 3 core x 6 sq mm PVC insulated and PVC Sheathed flat copper submersible cable of 1.1 KV grade in surface pvc pipe / UPVC trunking as required.

Providing and fixing of 65 mm dia medium class GI coloum pipe with welded 02 nos GI Flanges 65 mm 12 thick at both end to connect each pipe in the existing suitable size G.I. bolts, nuts, washers and rubber gaskets as required.

SITC of cubical cvanopy type out door inspection/din type panel box having size 900 mm (H) X 600 mm (W ) X 450 mm (D) fabricated with MS sheet 2 mm thick mounted on 04 Nos 35 mm X 35 mm x 5 mm thick having angle iron frame, erected in cement 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 corse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including exvation and refilling, painting with primer and finish paint as required and consisting of following accessories. a) 04 Nos Aluminium bus-bar strip suitable for 200A,440 Volt, current capacity with suitable insulated support for Al. Supplying and Laying of one number aluminium conductor, XLPE Insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade , confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-1) 1988 of following size in the existing DWC HDPE /RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. (ISI marked Make Havells /Polycab/ Finolex /CCI /KEI /RR Kabel) i) 3½x35 sqmm.

Supplying and Laying of one number aluminium conductor, XLPE Insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade , confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-1) 1988 of following size in the existing masonry open duct/ along pole/ loose for connection etc as required. i).3½x35 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required i).3½x35 sq. mm (25mm)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. i)63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal).

Supplying and fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 50 mm dia. (nominal) 3 meter length along the pole for protection of under ground cable as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling etc as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required
