Pipe Line (seamless)
Supply, Fabrication, laying of MS Glass flake lined as per ASTM A106 and Accessories as follows with associate fittings such as bends, flanges, reducers, tees and mitre bends and tapping, wherever required including pad plates for above ground pipe lines and below ground pipe lines as per code, specification and drawings and executing all works including unloading the owners supplied materials, from lorries at site and safe storing, providing labour, transportation of pipes to work spot, supply of all equipment, consumables and materials required to perform the work in all respects in accordance with the drawings, specification. All the testing shall be carried out as per IS / ASME B 31.3 standard and the pipeline should be installed in such a way that the discharge rating as per OISD-156 requirement. Electrical Works & Instrumentation Works:
Electrical works includes Power and control cables for the requirement of complete FF system (existing and proposed), Lighting arrangement (FP fittings with LED), installation of all automated vales, LT panel, DB, JB as per the requirement. It also includes Instrumentation Works comprising of all FF system with Pressure switch and Gauge supply, Solenoid Valve Supply, Pressure Transmitter with local display FLP Supply, Field Instruments (PT, PG, PS & SOV). The complete system should work automatically when fire/smoke in the system at the Jetty area. The complete work shall be executed as per the requirement of Engineer of Contract.
Providing SCADA and Automation integrated with the entire Fire Fighting System (New & existing) as per updated Technology with the required monitor (65inch) in Pump room and Port control rooms. It also includes AI based CCTV as per approved make should be covered in the complete FF system and display in the monitors. The system also shall integrate with QRMH (install by Port). The complete FF system shall meet the requirement of OISD-156.The complete work shall be executed as per the requirement of Engineer of Contract.
Civil Works
Setting up the piling gantry and connected equipment over each pile location, includingcost of shifting, cost of all materials for piling gantry , labour, setting up the rig to alignment and correct dimensions as shown in the drawing and as directed by the EIC
Providing and fabricating M.S.liners(8mm thick) of required length with M.S. shoes of 1.0 m height using 12mm thick M.S. plates for 1200mm dia bored vertical pile measured from cut off level of pile to the terminating level including supplying, cutting, rolling, bending, handling and welding cost, labours, materials, accessories, etc., complete as per drawings and specification as directed by Engineer Incharge
Placing the M.S liner (item 2) above for 1200 mm dia vertical bored piles. The cost inclusive of charges for transporting to the pile location, aligning, lowering, pitching and driving the liners etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer Incharge
Boring through all types of soils, boulders, hard strata and rocks etc. for 1200mm Dia vertical bored piles from the sea bed to the founding level(-24m CD) of the piles, including bailing, chiseling, shifting of materials etc... complete as per directed by the Engineer Incharge
Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.0 works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing and laying cast-in-situ tremie concrete mix M40 as per standards for 1200 mm Nominal dia vertical bored cast-in situ reinforced cement concrete piles measured from cut off level of the pile upto founding level excluding cost of reinforcements and M.S liners but including mixing, laying and compacting, consolidating complete as per approved drawings, standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.(cement content should be used above 400 kg)
Chiseling/Breaking using suitable tools and equipments the top of pile concrete up to the receipt of dense concrete and dressing the pile head suitably so as to receive the form work for deck work, including breaking to the required level exposing the pile reinforcement to sufficient length as per approved drawing for embedding into the deck slab etc. including removal of concrete debris from the site, complete for 800mm dia piles as directed by the Engineer Incharge
Providing and laying cement concrete in M40 mix for cast-in-situ deck concrete in pile muff, deck beam and deck slab works as per drawings, excluding cost of reinforcement in position and including shuttering, mixing, laying, consolidating , curing etc., and making necessary provision for fixing fixtures as per approved drawings complete as directed by the El C. ( cement content should be used above 400 kg) Note:Placing the precast units shall be measured and paid under this item of work
Protective coatings for Environmental face using Dekguard S of Fosroc: Providing and applying a single component high build elastomeric, crack - bridging, resistant to CO2 and Chloride ion diffusion, UV resistant, breathable acrylic coating with elongation at break exceeding 200% using Dekguard S of Fosroc or equivalent material applied in two coats(Each coat 125 micron DFT) on acrylic based primer at an average thickness of 250 microns DFT in two coats including acrylic resin based primer as per recommendation of the manufacturers. Item rate is inclusive of the materials all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the departmental officers
Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) ( One cement, five M.Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in Ground Floor of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers
Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers
Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet with Gear Operated Type (from 8 sqm. to 12 sqm. Area ), M.S.laths, inter locked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength and M.Stop cover to required thickness for rollingshtters. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of redoxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc., including cost of all materials, labour charges and minor tools, all handling and transportation charges to work site etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers
Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approvedquality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of alldirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers
Painting TWO coats with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and colour over New Wall surfaces including one coat of alkalin resistance primer of approved brand so as to give an even shade. Prior to applying the primer, the wall surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned of all grease, dirt, loose pieces, scales and make the surface even by applying wall putty and make good of the surface with sand paper etc., The cost including preparing the surface, all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc. complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental cfficers
NewWalApplying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of APEX - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers
Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 including all materials, labour, etc.complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers
Supply of 110mm dia PVC pipes - 6 Kg.per cm2 at Maintenance subdivision office including conveyance charges complete and as directed by the departmental officers
Supplying and fixing UPVC WINDOWS (Un- Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mmX58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with overall the edges of frame and shutter. The shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storm sand should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking system sand as per size for arresting noise and energy loss.The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window.The window should be fixed to the wall with100% packing with screw sand silicon packing all round the frames.The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work The rate including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, conveyance, fixing in position etc
Dismantling and removal of Brick Masonry work (BW) in Cement Mortar above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
