M & L for cutting of Grass using Hand held Grass cutting Machine of reputed Make for Cutting and Sweeping Grass after cutting of Grass, bushes, small plants of any type along the sides of road Shoulders area including supply of Fuel, lubricants, spares, renewal of blades as required including maintenance and repairs to Machine and trade insurance and license fees including removing of debris to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m from the site complete all as specified.

M&L Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed using power roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes n exc 30 mm complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing the old bituminious block top surface &Applying evenly using pressure sprayer a tack coat using bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5kg/10sqm on existing Black top surface all as per Table 2.3 of TI - 9/2009 & MoRTH( Note :-VG -10 tack coat Shall be applied with Bitumin browse) complete.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam Minimum 50mm thick (Consolidated thickness) in single layer using binder content as per mix design (min 5.2%) by weight of total mix, with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 having Marshall stability not less than 1200kg using hot mix plant, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using mechanical sensor paver and roller of type & capacity all as specified in MoRTH and TI 09/2009 complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- (a) Aggregate used in the work shall be obtained from approved source . (b) Minimum content of Cement filler shall be 2% by weight of total mix and dossage shall be as per design mix. No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of filler is used/approved due to design requirement in the execution of work under this item (c) No price adjustment shall be made for any extra quantity of binder due to design requirement. (d). Cost of testing charges as per (IS),Preparation of moulds,penetration test, Viscosity test,Bitumin extraction test ,Mashal stability test,and core cutting, materials and transpotation etc for job mix formula shall deem to be included in quoted rate) . (e) Mix shall be from hot mix plant and laying shall be done with mechanical paver. (f) During the laying minimm 02 x water browser shall be available at site .

M&L for preparing surfaces of existing black top surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer using paving bitumen VG-30 at the rate of 05 kg / 10 sqm and M&L for Bituminious premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi- Dence Concrete using 5.5 % binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen with minimum Marshal stability 1200 kg/sqcm) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 30 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and mnimum 5Km/hour to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed.

(Note: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, and screed temp minimum maintain not less than 140 degree cellicious finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed 5 Km /hour and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shell be done by using mechanical sensor paver only)

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on roads pavements with tot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F road studs (cat eye) two way solar reflective type of size 100x100x20 mm (min size) and max size according to manufacturer made of ABS material, scratch and abrasion resistant, micro plastic, temperature resitant body fixed on bituminous /concrete surfaces of approved make by GE all as directed. Supply and fixing metal tubular dealinator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mmx150mmx300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed (Make- SUN EYEZ Road Safety Products /3M/ M/s Oscar road safety)

Supply and fix for continous fly ash old size brick edging with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry on edge vertically with cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.
