CONSTRUCTION OF NEW SAMPLE ROOM ON EXISTING OLD ETHANOL PUMP HOUSE

Mangalore Coastal Installation is having a Sample Room behind Utility Room. This lies in de-licensed area. As per OISD 244, Sample Room shall be placed inside Licensed area only. OISD Audit at our location is due in the year 2024, before which new sample room needs to be constructed in Licensed area. We have an unutilized and de-commissioned Ethanol Pump house located inside Licensed Area. Only roof, its supporting structure, and 2 no of pump foundations are left in this structure of 6.5m x 5.5m. Hence it is envisaged to Construct new Sample Room in this area. Major scope of works will be construction of plinth beam, brick works and plastering, painting, flooring, false ceiling, doors & windows, electrical cabling, FLP light fittings, FLP exhaust fans, hydrocarbon detector etc. We invite this tender from registered vendors of Mangalore Retail territory, Mangalore LPG Territory and E&P registered vendors.
