Supply & Delivery of following materials at site.

300mm dia P.N-1.6 conesphere eccentric design short body type electrically gear operated, double flanged cast iron butterfly valves generally confirming IS :13095 , having body, disc and end cover in graded cast iron to :IS 210 GR FG 260 EPDM rubber face ring secured on disc by a SS AISI 304 retaining ring with stainless steel screws, rubber ring seating on a corresponding SS AISI 304 seat in body, Shaft Stainless Steel; AISI 410 valves suitable for a working pressure of 10/15 kg/cm² seat test & body tested to 15/24 kg/cm². Flanges drilled to IS 1538 Table 4 & 6. Valves are operated by suitable ROTORK Syncropak / Auma Epak electrical actuator having inbuilt reversal starter.(Make-IVI/Other approved)

Fitting fixing of the above newly supplied conesphere eccentric design short body type electrically gear operated, double flanged cast iron butterfly valves (i.e item no 1.01) after dismentling the old damaged butterfly valve on the existing Delivery pipeline with necessary fitting materials by expert technician complete the job as per direction of EIC.
