Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazedwall tiles Matt/Semi Matt/Glosy/Highly Gloss finish/Highlighter/emboss conforming to IS :15622 (thickness to be specified by themanufacture of approved make in all colours,shades except burgundy, bottle green, black ofsize 600 x 300 mm as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 fine sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry@ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in whitecement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Anti skid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm x 10 mm thick of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on flooring skirting and dado in 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in base and jointed with @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete white cement slurry in joints including corners angles and beading.

Black Granite stone tiles 15mm to 20mm thick in skirting, risers of steps, dado walls and pillars laid in 12.5mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone, including rubbing and polishing including labour for fixing dowel pins and cramps.

Providing and laying Laminate wooden flooring (Grade AC4 or AC4+ laminates) 6 mm to 12 mm thick, having a good backing layer made up of plastic laminate or melamine, core made up of medium-density fiberboard (MDF),which is less resistant to impact damage and less resistant to being dented by heavy furniture, having a décor layer to give each floor its appearance andconsisting of one or more sheets of paper imregnated with melamine resin and top wear layer having clear aluminum oxide finish that protects the decorative layer & imparts thedesired level of sheen, from full gloss to lowgloss, duly fixed to the base floor using adhesiveas approved by the manufacturer.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of different sizes in light colour shades made using Double Charge technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete. ( Design is homogenous throughout the tile body ).-Size 600x600 mm
