Detachable cable gland plates, all controls, indicators and standard microprocessor based LED/LCD display for indicating voltage, current, frequency, speed, kW, kWH, pf, temperature, Battery voltage, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of (In line) fuel pump by dismantling and segregation all parts, replacement of new parts such as filter screen shut down valve, valve elbow, pulsation clamp, idle adjusting screw, high speed spring, governer plug etc in replacement of existing U/S parts re-assembling the pump after repair/ replacement of parts , celebration for DG set of capacity 50 to 83 KVA & testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to radiator assy Cleaning washing throughly, descaling and M&L for replacement of rubber size paid and MS Nut & Bolts including brazing /repair of cooling tubes with dismantling and segregation upper and lower chamber (tank) including and reassembling complete incl nut, bolt, washers, & spring any type for DG set capacity 20 to 83 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning decarbonishing complete and spray painting to complete DG Set canopy outside of capacity 20 KVA to 62.5 KVA including writing SM No, Srl No, Make, capacity & date of installation as per sample all as directed.

Disconnecting, dismentling & repair to Dynamo with segregation of all parts supply and fix in replacement of armature field, coil, carbon brush and bearing etc reassembling complete & testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to battery 12 volt 180 Amps in replacement of battery cells consisting of – VE plates + VE plates and separators including make terminals block for cell connections and cell cover filling of electrolyte and recharging of battery complete.

M&L for replacement of Coolant for DG set of make : Castrol/Indian Oil or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of Engine oil 20 W 40 complete all as spfd. make : Castrol/Indian Oil or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement engine Hrs run meter digital type suitable to match with existing system of DG set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of maintinance free battery 12 volt 150 AH 25 plate including battery leads and initial charging of battery. Make :Exide/Amron. complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and repair/servicing to self starter 12/24 volt and replacement of field coil, carbon brush, bush or other unserviceable parts parts and refixing complete and testing after completion.

M&L in replacement of microprocessor digital type DG set controller of DG set capcity 50 KVA to 62.5 KVA (Make of DG set- Greaves Cooton) including connect all control wiring & programming all the parameter related to DG set at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of microprocessor digital type DG set controller of DG set capcity 15 to 20 KVA (Make of DG set- Greaves Cooton) including connect all control wiring & programming all the parameter related to DG set at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Automatic battery charger AC input 230 + 10% V output DC for 12/24 volt battery current 10-15 Amp for 01 No battery at a time with digital ammeter and voltmeter complete all as specified and directed.

S& f in replacement of Battery terminal bolt type suitable for any tpe of battery complete all as specified and directed.

S& f in replacement of Battery lead of copper conductor 35 Sqmm single core fitted with suitable terminal on both side complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for winding of armature winding and field winding with super enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge incl varnishing of insulating material and heating up, testing etc complete for DG set of capacity 50 to 83 KVA incl taking out the old burnt windings.

Servicing / maint of solar water heater system of capacity up to 750 ltr including dismantling the required parts after that de-scaling, cleaning of solar water (Absorber) tank, cleaning of pipe, air vent, eliminator etc and refixing the dismantled parts at its original position to make solar water heater functional complete by replacement of minor accessories and testing on completion all as spfd and directed. (i) Minor spares i.e nut, bolt, washers, wire or other minor parts if required shall deems to be included in this job. (ii) Any accessories found unserviceable that shall be replaced & paid under respective items of this Sch.

S&F heating element 1500/2000 watt capacity suitable for solar water heater push / screw type as per sample with 'O' ring including making electrical connection complete all as directed.

Repaire in replacement of Trolley mounted self priming suction pump of 5 HP capacity with rope and starter, automatic vacuum head in stainless steel material of suitable size ,vacuum hose pipe and other connecting items complete all as specified as directed .

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured and overall PVC sheathed claped with 20mm pvc conduit on wall roof all as specified as directed.

Maintenance of station swimming pool including brushing the inside the entire pool having bottom area 400 Sqm, side wall having an area 300 Sqm, 100 meter long scum channel and having 250000 gallons entire capacity of water.
